Memories: 8 June 2025
8 June 2025 7:00 am I arrive back into consciousness, with a gentle rocking of my spirit, slipping back into my body like an inanimate husk. I feel her move from side to side like donning a coat or a jacket, then slip down like quicksilver. Then Bam! I am awake.

Memories: 2 June 2025
2 June 2025 … 5:16 pm utterly exhausted. I had to melt the remaining rose gold and form two more butterflies. (I had the third little one left but it doesn’t fit my design. (Or my actual mess of soldering failures!) so I remade two new butterflies from the molten mess. Arggghh. It takes hours to saw and file each butterfly.

Memories: 1 June 2025
1 June 2025 4:40 am I think I may have another “industrial injury”. My lungs are “not happy”. I have struggled to sleep. Time to give up the ghost and make a mullein tea to a) try to drive the metal particulate (if any!) out of my lungs and b) it makes me drowsy so I will sleep.

Memories: 8 April 2025
8 April 2025 Anomalous. But I woke up at 6 am. Alert and crystalline clear. Starting to fade a bit at 10:40 am but the second Valium is knocking me down. I hate that I have had to resort to this to quell my turbocharged trauma activated nervous system. But tomorrow, I will hopefully get the necessary dental treatment and will start recovering.

Memories: 30 May 2025
30 May 2025 7:45 am Grateful to be alive. Grateful for the flow of love, light, healing and even prosperity that is being sent to and through me. Grateful for the good rest. My lungs are aching and a cough is developing, but I will drink mullein tea to stave off bronchitis.
