Chinese defense ministry spokesperson Senior Colonel Wu Qian stated The joint exercises with Egypt are a symbol of mutual trust and strategic cooperation. They aim to enhance combat readiness share tactical expertise and promote regional stability. Egyptian officials echoed similar sentiments emphasizing that the cooperation is in line with Egypt’s sovereign right to diversify its military alliances.
