breakups
When it comes to breakups, pain is inevitable, but Humans thinks that suffering is optional.
Having a Broken Heart
Having been on the receiving end of a broken heart, I can attest that it brings on mental pain that can be a little hard to over come. It can change your viewpoint on the world and also cause a whole mess of emotions. In my experience, it causes one to withdraw from the world around them. One moves around as if on autopilot. Daily routines are done and objectives are complete, though it can feel as if it is mundane and trivial at best. Things feel real yet like a dream all at the same time. This would typically lead to confusion on my part and wondering if I did the things I did.

I'm considering a breakup
May 31st, 2022 I thought it would be silly to start this entry by saying that the shows and movies we watch impact our emotional stability severely. But here I am, saying that the shows and movies we watch impact our emotional lives severely.

F*ck the Five Stages of a Breakup
Let me start by saying Breakups suck. There really is no other word to describe them. They hurt and they will for a long time. I cannot tell you how long it will hurt for nor can I tell you when you'll feel better. But what I can tell you is that you'll have to go through what is known as the Five Stages of a Breakup. They suck. But it's necessary. You have to go through each one. Why? Because they all teach you something different. And in the end you feel whole again. So what are these five stages?

F%ck Moving on
Moving on sounds like the most daunting thing in the world doesn't it? It's really difficult. You have to change your routines, and uproot your whole life. This can be easy for some people but for some it's the most difficult thing in the whole world. But honestly sometimes it's what you need to do; and here's why. Sometimes being in a situation too long is unhealthy and it may actually cause more harm then good. You owe it to yourself to move on. It could be the best thing for you. And maybe just maybe you'll find yourself in the process.

My Ex Just Wants To Be Friends But I Want More (When Your Ex Wants To Be Friends After No Contact)
No matter why your ex left you, the fact still remains that you are feeling lonely and desperate. Your desperation has reached such alarming heights that you just want to be with him or her, anyhow. Even if this means that you are just a 'good friend' to remain close to your ex. Your logic is simple and understandable. You want to get your ex back, and find no other way to remain close this individual, other than taking the 'let's be friends' route.
