Businesswoman Chapter 160
Light perspiration formed at “Entrepreneur Paul” Atkinson’s temples. The graduates sat before him as he and the rest of the panelists on the dais surveyed the thousands in the crowd. Kids screaming their heads off; gobs of cheese stretched from plate-sized pizza slices; bells and lights clanged and flashed all around. The mad scene reminded him of his childhood. He saw the man who made the call for him to come down there.

The time expired. Loreen got up from her desk and circled it like a tigress debating how to best devour its prey. She had three stop watches. Each one ticked at different times to indicate what part of the speech she would be able to fit into the presentation. She gave time for Lisa and then it swung back to her. This entire activity prompted her to stay focused on the task. A sense of stability assured her in this latest endeavor.
