As the trio rode to the ThruMotors site, electricity hung in the air. Excitement abounded. Their pay cuts didn’t mean as much as the value of further extending the reach of privatization in Delaware of various government organizations. Atkinson peered out the window.

“Ladies, when was the last time we actually teamed up like this?”

“It was about a month ago, I suppose,” Loreen figured.

“Yes, I think that’s right,” Lisa chimed.

“What are we doing showing up three strong when one of us could do this job?” Atkinson pondered.

“We must show numbers. The Collectivists are an abomination who must stay banded together out of tribalism. As Individualists, we represent our own selves as a unit and team, but we’re not attempting to do business as mere group-minded people,” Loreen explained. Atkinson nodded his head in solemn agreement.

Once they arrived, they met up with ThruMotors CEO Gaston Hull. He had striking taste in clothing and looked like his dark skin became an extension of his black ten-thousand-dollar suit.

The place buzzed with activity. It put the USAD to shame. No lines to speak of, the folks processed their documents with speed and efficiency.

“So this is the center,” Hull proclaimed. His voice bellowed with authority and charm. “What I called you three here to do is increase the numbers…to help bring more people who are used to the bureaucracy to go private.”

“Of course we can do that,” Loreen asserted.

“What are your numbers?” Atkinson queried.

“I’m glad you asked that. We see about nine hundred people a day and we’re getting great reviews on surveys. About six million dollars get exchanged here daily. We just need to have the place at about fifteen million dollars a day to be even more profitable.”

“We can help,” Lisa reminded.
