I have not read as much as I wanted to this year. I set myself a goal of reading twenty books at the beginning of January. It's now September and somewhere in between working, being a mom, and my regular life- I managed to read 14 books/audiobooks so far. I actually am quite proud of that number as it's only September.

Immersed in a Dream
I am a firm believer that dreams are messages. I woke up from a dream this morning that had utterly shaken me to the core. I had a dream I was drowning inside a video game world. It’s hard to explain, but you know those green warp pipes Mario goes into to go into another world? I was going into one, going to another world in my dream, but it was filled with water. I kept travelling through the pipe for what felt like forever but I was unable to breathe. And then I managed to force myself awake from the dream.
