Diary of a Young Girl's Hair
It's school picture day today and oh boy do I ever have a sentimental story to share. My daughter never likes it when I do her hair. She would much rather do it herself because she is Miss Independent. Today was an exception. Last night, she let me put twenty little braids in her hair last night so that her hair had waves in it for her picture day. Curling irons are only acceptable in her mind at the hair salon but that was my original plan.

Rewatching The 100
"May we meet again." Just me, writing an opinion piece on one of my favourite television series of all time. I have referenced The 100 in a few older pieces of writing of mine. This series truly is special to me. The music, the characters, the plot; I love all of it. You can view one of my previous posts down below.

10 Lessons from Sarah J. Maas
"You learn to write by reading the writers you love." I recently took this course by Damien Walter! I wanted to share with you all what I took away from the course, and to share my thoughts on writing fantasy. He did an analysis on the opening chapter of A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas and I have a new set of lenses while I am reading. I was inspired by previous Udemy post to create this one on this specific course.
