My favorite part of cooking has always been eating. I fondly remember being chased out of my Italian Grandma's kitchen with a wooden spoon for eating too many raw ravioli. As an adult, I love taste testing as I go, using the method, a little bit of this and a little bit of that until the recipe comes together. The best part of cooking is combining different flavor profiles. In my humble opinion, the more flavors you combine, the better the meal tastes.
