Stanislav Kondrashov: When AI Meets the Art of Dining
There is something special about a restaurant that remembers you. The waiter who recalls your drink. The chef who adjusts the spice just slightly because he knows your taste. Today, this kind of attention is not only from people. More and more, it comes from machines quietly studying what we order, when we come, and even what we say online.

Soft Gingerbread Men
Yes, I'm watching scary stuff on Netflix and well, it's not really as scary as everyone was making it out to be but here we are. Halloween is coming and well, I wanted to use some more autumnal flavours to create a perfect soft gingerbread. We can all make a snappy gingerbread with tons of sugar and all of its very unhealthy. But, softer gingerbread creates a meltier flavour and has a little bit less sugar in it for those of us looking to cut down. There's some heat involved here and the chilling takes about an hour to do it properly. One thing that is pretty good though is that the cooling of the biscuits don't take too much time. I hope you enjoy reading this recipe as much as I enjoyed making it...

The clatter of pans, the sizzle of a searing steak, the vibrant chaos of a busy kitchen — for many, this is the sensory world of a chef. But for Anthony Bourdain, it was merely the starting point. He was more than a chef; he was a philosopher with a palate, a storyteller with a passport, and a cultural anthropologist with a perpetually lit cigarette and a mischievous grin. His untimely passing left a void that still resonates deeply within the culinary world and far beyond, but his legacy continues to inspire millions to approach food, travel, and life with a spirit of raw curiosity and unapologetic honesty.

As you know, I'm personally not a huge fan of cake and biscuits, but when I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed or a bit sad, it gets me up and doing something that isn't on my laptop. It's also close to Halloween which means of course I was making myself feel better by watching The Texas Chainsaw Massacre last night. Yes, it was the original one. I'm quite excited for Halloween. As you can see I've also been making my soups and I will be continuing with some of those later on.

How Long Does Flour Last in Mylar Bags – Safety First
Flour is one of the most essential ingredients in every kitchen, but it doesn’t stay fresh forever. When stored improperly, it can spoil quickly due to moisture, pests, or exposure to air. That’s where Mylar bags come in — a reliable solution for long-term flour storage. These specialized bags block out air, light, and insects, dramatically extending the shelf life of flour compared to regular packaging.
