Here Be Monsters
Introduction My friend the artist Mick Smith has started a series of nautical art pieces and this one took my fancy. The music is "Water Beastie" by The Sensational Alex Harvey Band from the album "Rockdrill". I love that this combines many styles from traditional to comic, to monstrous. I know it's about Nessie but I think it suits.

Mythica
Introduction I thought I would write a poem of positive outcomes based on mythical figures. I have adapted the sonnet form but this is fourteen lines but they flow into each other over what would have been verse splits so it is effectively a single fourteen-line verse.
