A Plethora Of Poetry
That I Found Thanks To Michelle Liew

Introduction
Michelle Liew introduced me to a new form of poetry in her story below

When I searched for Epulaeryu with a Google search, I found the site Shadow Poetry which gives a detailed description of the form and many others.
This is part of the description on the site, although I think the form could be used for any subject as Michelle did with hers.
The Epulaeryu poem is all about delicious food. It consists of seven lines with thirty-three (33) syllables. The first line has seven (7) syllables, the second line five (5), the third line seven (7), the fourth line five (5), the fifth line five (5), the sixth line three (3), and the seventh line has only one (1) syllable which ends with an exclamation mark.
This is a short piece, just a thank you to Michelle and a shout-out to her and the Shadow Poetry site. Please check out her poem and leave a comment to let her know you have been.
Although I can produce poems and stories quickly I do put a lot of work into them, actually devising processes to put formally structured poems together together.
These are two that contain basic videos for creating a Villanelle and a Pantoum:
Conclusion
Thank you for reading and I hope that I have given you some ideas for your forthcoming poetry.
The music is "Word Up" by Cameo. I don't know if it's my set up but the production on the is viciously razor-sharp.

Nice intro, and yes I did just flit from your newest to the other links. Good structure and it leads to reader along.
Thanks Mike! Yes, try it out, all, nice, not too lengthy and fun!
i have learned a new form of poetry too.
I love writing about food, this will be fun to try out. Thank you for sharing!
Always giving one to think about ideas. I like writing the short poems like the haiku and tautogram and free verse. The other forms of poetry I would rather read and have a cup of two or something and just enjoy. (And thanks to you Mike (I believe it was you the introduced this to me.) I love writing drabbles that some I put on Critique and some in Fiction under micro fiction.
Inspiring and useful
Interesting!!!π
Sounds deliciously entertaining, must have a look-see.
