Introduction This is a Seven Days In post from February 2020 about a word I imagined and how Scrabble kept me on Facebook, and I suppose eventually that kept me on Vocal. It was getting a lot of reads although since then Seven Days In has had well over 1.3 million visits, although I suspect most of those will be from bots.

Introduction A couple of weeks ago, I found out that I got AppleTV+ with my bank account. I have used it to watch a few things but two weeks ago my friend Les saw it at the cinema and told us how good it was. I saw it was on AppleTV+ and, though it is not my normal thing, decided to watch it. Some of the actors and the writer/director Steve McQueen drew me to it.

Who Are You?
Introduction You may not believe it but there are days when I do not publish on Vocal. Today is not one of them but Wednesday 20th November 2024 was one. The number of reads that I get are usually fairly good, but not publishing usually shows a drop. I know sometimes I come across as obsessed with numbers but that is part of my nature and serves me well in my job as well.

I can't remember when I saw the last road sign or phone box. I looked behind and the road disappeared into a grey fog, also the road was so narrow I couldn't turn the car around, but the petrol gauge was in the red so I had maybe another ten miles before the engine packed up, and then what?
