Lights
To walk out and stop for a while, seeing beautiful lights decoring trees and letting you drift like a dreamer into their magical world. To watch them rising and falling like shooting stars along their destined path, sometimes silver like a star or the moon or sometimes all the colours of a celestial rainbow. On an evening walk you can fall like a dreamer into the magical places they welcome you to. Your soul is soothed, sour spirits lifted and your heart given wings. Twinkling in the darkness, bringing brightness into our lives, letting your eyes weave beautiful shapes to bring magic into your life. Walk out and let the lights guide you toward greater happiness.

A Warm Touch
When you are touched mentally or physically by warmth it makes your heart flutter and soothes your soul. It may be an empath showing love and caring for you or hugging you when you are cold. It could be the feel of the water running over your body in a warm shower, you never want that to stop do you? It may be a text, a letter or a phone call, telling you that you are loved and cared for. All these can give your heart and soul a lift. Being together with a friend or lover in the warm when it is cold outside. When they take away the pressure of life and all you have to do is appreciate the good things, and they make you realise that there really are many of those, even though they are different for all people. It can be lying in a warm bed, being tucked in, and told that you are cared for and loved. Because you all are by me.

The Fox And The Frost Tree
Introduction This is my fifteenth piece inspired by Angie Linvingstone's amazing artwork. You can find her on Facebook and Etsy on the links below, and her comments on my work are very positive. At first. I thought that this was going to be a poem, but I have decided on a seasonal fable.

Heaven On Earth
Global warming, exacerbated by the output of greenhouse gasses and the destruction of the rainforests. They took their planes around the world to to have meetings in expensive hotels to come up with plans to rectify the situation and told people to use less power, less resources, and tighten their belts. Then they flew back and took their expensive petrol-driven limousine home, where they lived in opulent comfort with their heated swimming pools and stables funded by the taxpayer.
