My first love is poetry — it’s like a desperate need to write, to free up space in my mind, to escape the constant noise in my head. Most of the time the poems write themselves — I’m just the conduit holding the metaphorical pen.

Where Have I Been Hiding
As so many of my readers know I left Brisbane on 1 November 2024 to travel this beautiful country of mine. But firstly, I needed to wind down and de-stress so I booked a park at Coominya Farm Stay for two weeks and the property did not disappoint.
