Trade Weaponization - Punishment to Pakistan
In the rugged passes where the mountains of Afghanistan meet the plains of Pakistan, a long-standing trade artery has always flowed: goods, fruits, textiles, vehicles, labour, ambition. But now, this artery has been deliberately constricted, and in doing so the spectre of “trade as a weapon” has re-emerged in full force. For decades, Pakistan has treated its neighbour Afghanistan not solely as an economic partner but also as a zone of leverage. This time, the calculus has taken on sharper edges: the closure of trade routes, suspension of transit agreements, and threats of permanent exclusion.

Sudan’s Bloodied Sands Expose a Massacre of Thousands
**Sudan’s Bloodied Sands Expose a Massacre of Thousands** In the dusty sun-baked landscape of El Fasher, in Sudan’s Darfur region, the ground has become a silent witness to horrors most refuse to see. Patches of reddish soil stretch across the city’s outskirts — the result, experts say, of mass bloodshed. ([telegraph.co.uk][1]) After the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) seized control on October 26, 2025, the city’s sand shifted from pale gold to shocking red in images taken from satellites. Bodies clustered in open terrain, unexplained pools of crimson stained the ground, and analysts found the marks of executions, clearance operations, and terror. ([Peoples Dispatch][2])

“My Heart Stayed Calm Through Horror”. Content Warning.
How about a comparison of horror movies to the horror going on in America, lighthearted, I watched a horror movie last night, to my surprise my heart was not racing. I turned on the news about the ice terrorism and the horrors of Whitehouse being gutted so I turned the news off, turned on a horror movie again. I watched five horror films; my heart was pure at 82 beats a minute. I turned on the news again about tear gas sprayed on Halloween party together in a park, with children and knocking down old people, I said fuck it watched another horror film. what a relief to watch The Conjuring again and not the horrifying evil penetrating from the nazis in DC.
