A Voice to be Reckoned With
A voice. Used to express your thoughts and feelings. Mine came and went. As a kid I was very vocal. My mom would tell me I talk way too much. I expressed my feelings freely. Whether I was extremely excited about something or extremely upset. I was going to tell you what it was, and you were going to hear me.

Sovereign Together.
I am passionate about distilling and sharing the catalysts which help people care more effectively and in turn, feel that life truly cares deeply for them. That their existence is an essential ingredient to the circles they belong to. I call this being a village rememberer. Think about it, nobody wants to work in a job at which they don't feel appreciated. Nobody wants to love where they are taken advantage of; quickly limited to a projected view of potential. I don't know anyone who wants to be sold the latest solution from someone who says it works for them so it should work for you. But where would you recall someone modelling the way to create belonging - that is if you were to pause and reflect on your workplaces, your relationships and your latest purchases?

The Podcast to Bring us Out of the Dark: Stories of Hope. Third Place in Members Only Challenge.
I always knew I would tell my story. I just didn’t know storytelling would become my passion. I didn’t realize the simple act of sharing could impact individual’s lives in profound ways, and now it’s my mission to spread the message of healing, connection, and hope.

My Passions
I have always been a creative person. I took dance lessons as a little girl; I won many awards. I took piano lessons as a teenager; I taught myself to play the flute and currently am working on the violin and cello. I sing live on cruise ships with my friends at the piano bar and play sometimes. But my true passion is writing. During my college years, I took a creative writing class with Dr. Furlong that opened my eyes to see things in a brand new way. Writing did not have to be formulas, and poetry did not have to follow certain rules. I fell in love with Poe, Williams, and cummings, and it made me come out of a shell I had been hiding in all my life. I became an English teacher so I could develop the skills in young adults to write about things they cared about. I teach the formula so my students know the rules, but I also teach my students which rules were made to be broken or heavily bent.

I Enjoy Being A Life Coach
Most people sleep walk through their entire lives because they unconsciously react to the various situations that present themselves rather than consciously thinking things through before taking action. I teach my clients the importance of taking the time to make sure they understand all the facts related to whatever situation they may be dealing with as well as the pros and cons of each possible decision so they can make the best decision possible for themselves and others.

With Love I Will Grow
For me, the need to immerse myself in nature is strong, but particularly a gruelling journey filled with challenging weather, darkness and danger seems to lift my perspective and connect me with something beyond my physical reality. Endurance exercise does this too, pushing my mind and body towards a void of my conscious thoughts and pushing on towards a connection with nature. This acts as a motivation to keep me moving, bringing me closer to a feeling of unity with the universe.

Living Life
What I'm most passionate about, you ask? Life... That's what I'm most passionate about. The crazy thing is that at one point in my life I wasn't passionate about living. I didn't want to continue to live. I didn't see a future for myself or felt like any of my dreams I wanted to accomplish; that I could accomplish so what’s the point of life. If I couldn’t live the life I wish to live then what was the point of living. I didn’t want to be stuck at a job, or a place I wasn’t happy at for the majority of my life. Growing up we’re taught that we can be anything we put our minds to. We see the world as colorful with no mistakes, but the older we get the more that colorful world turns grimmer and becomes grey. Our outlook on the world isn’t the same as when we were bright-eyed children. The dreams we thought we could accomplish become just what they were; just dreams.

BE RICH
Who would have ever thunk it? That one day I would decide to build my own clothing brand. See, I have not always wanted to have my own brand. I have been a nurse for the past 12 years. Becoming a nurse has given me a better understanding about the value of life. Nursing is a profession that I have always looked upon with respect. I am a compassionate and caring individual with a passion to help people as much as my scope will allow me. I enjoyed building positive relationships with my patients and their family members. Becoming a nurse was one of the best decisions I have made. I have obtained personal growth and career satisfaction. My nursing career has taught me that anything is possible. Although I’m still a nurse, I decided I want more so that’s when my mind started to get creative. It was time to venture out and start building a brand that stood for something.

The Spirit of a Spiritual bath
I've always been a girl who enjoyed the warmth of a bubbly soul soak for hours in a tub. The fluidity of the water swirling around me, help to release my mind for its many daily engagements. But never on earth or this lifetime did I thing I would discover the paramount importance that bathing would play in my life and the lives of others. Long gone are the days of thinking that bath time is just to be enjoyed by children. Or that the only benefit one could derive from bathing was to be cleansed. Over the last year and half, I've come to believe that bathing is so much more, a power tool for connect, spiritual expansion and growth.
