self help
Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
Bad Day, Bad Week, Bad Year...
After going through a lot, there comes a time in one's life when we realize things have actually changed—people around you seem to be different; even with a bunch of friends or acquaintances you tend to feel lonely; you don't express, thinking no one would actually understand you; you don't wanna have a boyfriend because your priorities are different; you are always short of time; even the slightest of work requires a lot of energy; waking up becomes one of the hardest things to do; you become so conscious while standing and talking to somebody; all you think about during an important lesson in your class is nonsense; you are never mentally present; you find people who used to be so good to us, show their true colors; you are jealous because these people are having so much fun and you have no option but to stay alone; even your parents fail to understand you since they might have not gone through all this, as things might have been different with them; you don't even feel like opening up to your siblings; you don't have real humans as friend; you are drowning in the tears which could never flow down your face since you had to pretend everything is fine; you start thinking about how things were in the past and finally realize, that you've actually lost who you used to be... you've lost the 'you', you loved...

breathe
“it’s alright if you run out of breath, no one will blame you” Currently, kids are pressured to do well in everything. They hide away in their room to stay away from parents and adults because they maintain a fear of being judged by society, for their looks, personality, and more.

Patience
“Chronic remorse, as all the moralists are agreed, is a most undesirable sentiment. If you have behaved badly, repent, make what amends you can and address yourself to the task of behaving better next time. On no account brood over your wrongdoing. Rolling in the muck is not the best way of getting clean.”

Am I Ugly?
When it comes to Facebook, I am typically more voyeur than participant. Staying abreast of local happenings and observing the day to day lives of friends and family while remaining comfortably invisible on the couch in my living room. The comments are a momentary window into the minds of acquaintances and strangers alike; sometimes entertaining and amusing, sometimes prophetic but all too often distressing and hostile.

Let Go and Shave
This is a love story about oneself. This story is intended to uplift and support women on self expression. 2019 was definitely a rollercoaster of a year for a lot of us. I entered last year fresh out of a failed engagement, and yearning to heal the giant hole in my heart. I wanted to fall back in love with myself. So, like all of us, I wanted a change in physical appearance to uplift myself, but to also find a way to gain my power back.

Twilight
I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico from Baltimore, Maryland back in November 2019. I stayed with a few friends in Ojo Caliente for Thanksgiving, and then December to now I’ve been car camping. Some days I am able to get a hotel or hostel room. I have stayed with some friends I have made in town, but for the most part, it’s me, my Jeep and a sleeping bag.
