Bad Day, Bad Week, Bad Year...
Rediscovering oneself...

After going through a lot, there comes a time in one's life when we realize things have actually changed—people around you seem to be different; even with a bunch of friends or acquaintances you tend to feel lonely; you don't express, thinking no one would actually understand you; you don't wanna have a boyfriend because your priorities are different; you are always short of time; even the slightest of work requires a lot of energy; waking up becomes one of the hardest things to do; you become so conscious while standing and talking to somebody; all you think about during an important lesson in your class is nonsense; you are never mentally present; you find people who used to be so good to us, show their true colors; you are jealous because these people are having so much fun and you have no option but to stay alone; even your parents fail to understand you since they might have not gone through all this, as things might have been different with them; you don't even feel like opening up to your siblings; you don't have real humans as friend; you are drowning in the tears which could never flow down your face since you had to pretend everything is fine; you start thinking about how things were in the past and finally realize, that you've actually lost who you used to be... you've lost the 'you', you loved...
Indeed, after going through all this, you might find that you've become a different person and are still not able to find a way to clear this mess and get out of the darkness you don't even know for how long you've been living in. You find yourself to be ALL ALONE, even if there happens to a really nice family by your side, you decide not to worry them by letting them know all this.
So, lemme tell you, you're not alone as long as you don't lose faith that you have in yourself. There lies immense energy within us, we just need to find that out. As to how to find that out, for that you need to stop thinking about yourself as what others want out of you. Rediscover yourself; for sometime stop caring about what others will think, and keep yourself at the first place. For every situation think—how would I have tackled it back then, when I was 'ME'. Remember, there is a limit to tolerance because you are also teaching others how to treat you. Read positive quotes and stories, it's not always necessary to have humans beings to make you feel good about yourself.
Learn to be independent, because only then you'd be able to clearly see what you require and also not let others bother you. Take good care about yourself girl! Give yourself some time. Analyse everything, be rational, prioritize things and also be ready to work hard to make your dreams come true.
Don't let anybody else's life be something you chase; remember every journey is different and each journey has its own challenges. Take a deep breath and relax.
First be kind to yourself, love yourself; you'll soon find who you truly are.
