Signs you may be a doormat
Now, not to be a 'Negative Nancy' or anything, but I am a doormat - well, I used to be! You may even be one too. Realistically, if you clicked on this post, chances are you are attuned to your emotions and know that something is not right in the way that you are left feeling once having an interaction with another person.

7 Methods for Developing Short Term Memory
Figuratively, this is a kind of "vessel" in which data is temporarily stored, which we can easily get and use at any time, for example, in solving a problem, drawing up a plan, or answering an unexpected question. Such a mini-computer, with a volume of 4–9 memorized objects.

The Honest Benefit
The Honest Benefit I have been in the military lifestyle since 2013. What I mean by that is I showed up at the Naval Academy Prep School in the summer of that year, and since then it’s been military life. I’ve never been able to just go home for the weekend without taking leave; I’ve been wearing a uniform every day of the week that gets scrutinized by peers, superiors, and subordinates; I’ve stood a duty post on rotation throughout; and I’ve been at the beck and call of various chains-of-command who have taken the opportunity to use me and my colleagues as the expensive laborers we are on many a weekend and holiday. I deployed to Japan two weeks before Thanksgiving, so that means I didn’t get to wake up to Mom gently placing my Christmas stocking at my feet that year (*winky face emoji*).

Read This Before You Take Revenge
In movies, vengeance is a common theme. There's something satisfying about seeing the wronged hero make things right by annihilating his adversary. Larry's Scandinavian Discovery
Larry took a few moments to look at his favorite stone—an emerald gemstone his grandmother had given to him before she passed away. He had attached it to his high-powered digital camera in order to look at it from time to time and give his eyes a break from his work—sometimes his eyes got tired of looking at the electronic images of birds that he made for a living. It was his first trip to Norway, and he still had to travel through Sweden, Finland, and Denmark to complete his journey. He had wanted to go farther north in Norway and even perhaps visit Iceland and The Faroe Islands, but on this particular trip, he simply didn’t have the time.

Include These 5 Things in Your Life While You Still Can
That experience in front of you, have it. Please don’t tell me you stopped blowing bubbles. Ever since the 2007 movie, The Bucket List, came out, people started talking about making their own bucket lists. The term “bucket list” has become almost as popular as the phrase that annoys me, “it is what it is.”

How to Kill Toxic Ego and Boost Personal Relationship
We all have that self-loathing co-worker who keeps talking others down. Maybe your spouse is the type that praises him/herself to the point you feel suffocated in the marriage. Or your partner is the self-absorbed jealous type who sees you as a competition rather than a soulmate.
