7 Tips for Enhancing Your Intuition
So what exactly is intuition? It is the ability to know something without analytic reasoning, bridging the gap between the conscious and non-conscious parts of our mind.

Why do some of us seem to have more intuitive abilities than others? Perhaps you believe you have no intuition at all. Your mind is constantly providing feedback. You're either missing the message or misinterpreting the signs. When you're unsure how to proceed, your intuition can be a valuable source of information.
It's a mistake to rely solely on logic when you have other options. Allow your intuition to guide you.
Develop and employ your intuition:
1. Get in the habit of addressing and listening to your intuition. You're probably already doing it, just not at a high enough level. When faced with multiple options, give your intuition a chance to speak up. Begin with small steps. "Should I take Sally to the movies or stay at home?"
* As these types of questions arise in your life, pay attention to the responses you receive.
2. Pay attention to how your intuition communicates with you. It could take the form of a verbal response. In many cases, you will experience a sensation in your body, which may manifest as a sensation in your stomach, chest, or head. It could manifest as a sense of calm, knowledge, or anxiety.
* You are already experiencing these emotions. When you are confronted with something you are afraid of, your intuition is speaking to you. You're already aware of how that feels. You can also tell when something is "right."
3. In trivial matters, blindly follow your intuition. Demonstrate to your intuition that you are willing to listen. When faced with non-urgent decisions, such as whether to have a cup of coffee or tea, simply follow your intuition. You could take a joy ride and let your intuition choose all of the turns. Take note of where you end up!
4. Meditation is beneficial. Your intuition may be speaking to you, but you aren't hearing it. With everything else going on in your mind, you may not even notice that your intuition is attempting to communicate with you. Meditation can help you quiet your mind enough to hear what your intuition is saying.
5. Spend time in a new setting. Your thoughts and feelings develop into habits that are partially influenced by your surroundings. At home, you have a tendency to think and feel in a certain way. The same is true at work. * Allow your intuition some leeway by spending time somewhere out of the ordinary for you. Time spent at the library, park, or coffee shop may facilitate communication.
6. Engage your mind on a low level by doing something. Have you ever noticed how many of your best ideas come to you while you're taking a shower, driving down the road, or mowing the lawn? This is due to your mind being partially occupied. You must pay attention to what you are doing, but your mind is not so occupied that it cannot wander.
7. Keep track of your outcomes. In general, is your intuition giving you useful and accurate information? Take note of the situations where the outcomes are positive and those where they are negative. Over time, you'll be able to trust your intuition in more areas of your life.
It's critical to recognize that your intuition is flawed. It has flaws as a result of your fears and misconceptions. For example, if you suffer from social anxiety, you will never want to spend time with someone new.
You, on the other hand, already know a lot of things. And you have a wealth of life experience. The vast wisdom that resulted from those two things is locked within you. If you listen, your intuition will use that information to guide you.
