Channeling unwanted energy
Staying mindful of your thoughts and keeping them aligned with what feels good takes practice. Finding ways to keep your thoughts positive and stay focused is a great place to start. When you see a sign that says I love my Life, for instance, you automatically internalize it as you read it. Throughout your day, without noticing you are constantly picking up subliminal messages. Whatever messages your subconscious mind picks up can change your mood and create unwanted emotions.

The Only Manifesting Technique You Need - SATS
When I was a freshman in high school I read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, and that was the moment I became aware of the Law of Attraction. I wasn't well versed in LOA stuff considering that was the only book I read about it, and let me say that I was a slight skeptic at first. As I continually read each page I got sucked into the idea that I could have anything I want, but then my logical mind would come in and be like how is that even possible? How does positive thinking lead me to something I want? Well I was wrong. I tested it out with my end of the year grades for freshman year, and I came out strong with all A's - I will say two of my classes I had a B+, and there was absolutely no way I could think that I could get to an A before finals. Before I knew it I logged on to my grade portal and saw I had an A in both classes 2 days before finals, so I was exempt from the exam. I was mind blown that this worked, and from eight years ago to now I am still convinced that you can create your reality.

Feeling Lost
Ever feel lost in the world? Feel left out in all that you are invited to do? She felt that way, alone even when the company was around. We can get lost in our thoughts every now and again but are we able to pull our self out? She managed to slowly be able to pull herself out of the hole she fell in. The year didn’t go as planned but does it ever? She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and her oldest became a big brother. With all that’s going on, shouldn’t she be happy? This wasn’t how she planned it; this wasn’t supposed to happen to her. Then she woke up from the dream, she had been living in the fantasy in the back of her head.

Me.
Dear me, They said write a thank you letter to your hero. And, at first, I thought of the obvious choices: celebrities, activists, parents, loved ones. But then I thought again, realizing none of them are my heroes... I mean, thinking about it, it's not that they couldn't not become my heroes. But a hero, to me, is someone who really has saved you in some way. Even if it was something small they did, I would've cherished their help. But I've never really given anyone the chance to help me, because I help myself or try to ignore the problem completely.

What are you doing for your dream?
The dream grows every day, through seemingly small, seemingly trivial actions. It grows with a lot of dedication, with confidence, with love, with hope, but, at the same time, with effort. The effort to overcome those challenges that we face, especially those that come from within us, in those days when we lose all hope that we will succeed. Especially in those days.

8 Easy Ways to Quickly Improve Your Mood
During the winter months, it isn’t always easy to find a sunny mood. The days are shorter, colder and the weather a bit more unpredictable. All in all, it can leave anyone feeling a little gloomy. While it’s certainly okay to have down days and accept our emotions as they are, most of us would, admittedly, rather feel happy.
