happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
It’s ok not to be ok.
Consider the fact that maybe…just maybe…beauty and worth aren’t found in a makeup bottle, or a salon-fresh hairstyle, or a fabulous outfit. Maybe our sparkle comes from somewhere deeper inside, somewhere so pure and authentic and REAL, it doesn’t need gloss or polish or glitter to shine.

The meaning of life, as I see it
“Some say the world will end in fire, Some say in ice,” wrote Robert Frost. It was not until I was finalising this story that a connection occurred to me -- the poet’s own name adds an intriguing echo of connotation to this particular one-stanza marvel, does it not?

Being Lonely vs. Being Alone
There is a difference between "being lonely" and "being alone". Did it take me a long time to figure that out, yes, but I learned the difference none the less. And this didn't even stem from having to be 'alone' due to COVID... crazy right? Atleast not consciously. So if because of COVID, I came to this realization, then I can't say I am not grateful in some way for it...

The Catalyst
Not that long ago, my life went through a catalyst of change that I’m still finding myself on the path of recovery from. This path is one I run in circles on. Brand-New Day
When today is not going well, it is tempting to focus on tomorrow as a blank slate with all the possibilities that newness provides. It is true that tomorrow will be a brand-new day, but we do not have to wait until tomorrow to start fresh. We can start fresh at any moment, clearing our energy field of any negativity that has accumulated, and call this very moment the beginning of our brand-new day.

A new method
New Approach Taking A Break From What You Are Doing Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our thoughts that we wind up going round in round in circles, finding it difficult to concentrate on things and, because we are so distracted, not really accomplishing much. There may be signals—mental, emotional, and physical—that tell us we need to slow down and relax. Since we are so involved in things that are external to us, however, we may easily overlook what is really going on inside of us. It is during these times that we need to step back from the things that occupy our minds and take time out to connect with our inner self, giving our minds, bodies, and spirits the time they need to reenergize and heal.
