happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
Happy in Doses
I think a lot of success circles around the happiness of a person and what they've got. It is often perceived that a successful person isn't happy and a happy person can't be successful and while that can be the case, it depends on the person and their perception of what happiness means to them. A lot of pressure and expectation lies too heavily in seeking a fulfilling life with another human being; this deprives the heart and mind the capacity to differentiate between the two. Is it really possible to meet a maximum potential of what dreams stain in the brain with another human? Yes, the answer is yes but it can leave an empty space. Though, that is the power of how someone perceives something to be. You can have it all but it takes a lot of understanding, commitment, and determination. I can go on and on about it as there is no right and wrong as I've said in the first part of this series but again, just trying to reach out with my own thoughts and experiences.

How to get more enthusiastic in life
Enthusiasm is like the energy that powers the universe. What is the procedure for obtaining it? You must behave enthusiastically until it becomes a habit. Is it true that when you begin anything new, you are filled with excitement, motivation, and energy? But after a while, you begin to lose your passion and interest?

Happiness
A year ago if somebody has told me that happiness is a skill that everyone needs to master, I would have laughed at their face. But so much has changed within me over a year. Now I know that happiness does not fully depend on the job that I covet, or the money it offers, or a mansion that I can build or a partner or Instagram photos from the exotic vacations. Happiness, for me, now depends on the here and now. I have never thought or even aspired that I could ever be content with life. It is something that I thought the ascetics only can do and I am just a mere human who hardly has any control over her emotions.

Love Letters to the Great Unknown
Listen to my heart, can’t you hear it sing? Telling me to give you everything… Today, my cherub, I want to address something I love about you that may not seem, on the surface, a Thing to be Loved. There is a quality you possess that is tempered, like the glass of a very expensive hand-held supercomputer. This part of you is startling to some, comforting to others, and it is something that begins when a person is young, a slow-growing bud that flowers into Atropa Belladona, which is only for guests. This aspect of your being is something that outsiders must be prepared for through their own knowledge seeking, lest they, through ignorance or self-doubt, sample its berries to their own detriment. Today, my Lion of Freedoms, I exalt above your other beloved traits, the bulbous flame of your righteous fury.

Is this what it feels like to truly be alive?
My wet sandals squeak with each stride as I trail behind my friends. Trying to keep up I quickly bend down to carry them in my hands. The denim tote bag over my shoulder slides down my arm in front of me, loosening my floral pastel yellow hair sash tied to the handle. Retightening the knot, the oceanic view that seems to be on top of the world stops my movement as I come up grabbing my shoes. Eighty feet below me waves as tall as city buildings crash into the jagged multicolor rocks, reminding me how effortlessly dangerous nature truly is. My eyes follow the scenic landscape of dense green mountains and fog in the distance to the deep aqua teal hues with great white peaks, reminding me of mountains, yet violently traveling in and out uniquely ever-changing.

Smiles really are contagious.
A smile is also a conversation. You give a smile and they will reply with one. Smiling can change our world and even the world around us. A smiling face brings hope. When you see someone smiling, even you feel cheerful because you get reminded that even though you might be facing hardship and disappointment, you do have reasons to be joyful. Always carry a smile, your smile might be the reason someone else sees hope in their life too.

Vulnerability
I’m writing this while in the bath, after a melt down cry. Which is something I never thought I would post to the internet. A photo of me, on the verge of tears. BUT, that’s vulnerability. And I know that a lot of people would never even consider showing that side of them to the world, but I look at it as my way to connect and open the door for conversations.
