We're Doing This Differently
The year 2020 ended, with a bang. Thing is that the entire 12 months was one bang after another. I myself like many others began that year with hopes and goals and dreams that any other year would have been acheivable with a bit of self-discipline.

The UNCOMFORTABLE Fresh Start
The UNCOMFORTABLE Fresh Start For the past decade my routine consisted of school and work, toxic relationships, love/dislike relationship with family and friends, people in general honestly. Needless to say, it wasn’t until 2020 when I decided to face the problems, I was having within myself. I started to seek spiritual help, as well as learn things on my own and connect the pieces to my puzzle. I really started getting into meditation and yoga, and more in-depth with astrology to better understand myself. As I enter the new year, 2021 that is, I look forward to doing the uncomfortable fresh start. I’ve been too accustomed to the same routine for so long, and with me rediscovering myself, now is the time to rebuild myself for the years to come. Moving forward, I want to accomplish my self-growth – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually; connect with positive human beings, create multiple sources of income, and most importantly build a foundation that influences others in a positive perspective and see the beauty of life and all it has to offer when you learn to make self-care a priority.

Keep your life organized
My goal for 2021 is to stay organized. I want to share with you the best ways I found that are helpful. I started off the year by setting a daily plan and sticking to it. I would suggest trying to have a routine that is easy and works for you.

3 Things I'm Leaving Behind in 2020
After the events of 2020, we all feel like we need a fresh start! Although 2021 looks at the moment to be setting itself up to be even stranger and out of control than last year, I’ve chosen to focus on the things in my life that I can control. Below are three ways of thinking that I am choosing to leave behind in 2020.

Finding the Motivation for Running
Often you may look to those so-called crazy people that are out on the streets running at 6 am (if you're able to get up to even see them!) and think why? What is the attraction? What could possibly motivate you to get up and go on a run? Who could enjoy doing that? But the truth is, there are lots of reasons why people run and maybe this article will help you find your motivation!

New Year, New Rear
We have all fallen prey to the idea of New Year, New Rear! Get that butt in gear and work on yourself is the message. It's a loud message and most of us have heard the thunderous and insistent call of the New Year's Resolution. We accept the idea of resolutions like we accept that the Earth is round. And just like the Earth, after the debachery of the holidays, many of us feel a little round too after the fun and food of the holidays. New Year means we need to start adulting again and pay attention to the details of life, health and wellness.

Beneath the Tree
Although the summer evening was balmy, Liza pulled the tattered shawl closer around her shoulders and slipped out the cabin door, closing it softly behind her. She pressed against the rough-timbered siding and listened breathlessly, heart pounding in her ears. As her eyes adjusted to the dark, she could make out nothing in the night but shrubs and the outline of the tree line as they came into focus. Only a half mile, Sam had said. Only one half mile through the woods to the meeting point beneath the trees. Carefully she stepped forward, her dress catching about her ankles as she made her way towards the trees. Only a half mile and Sam would be waiting with the bag of clothes and small provisions to make it from Hollow Plantation to the next stop. One half mile, beneath the tree.

Whole-hearted Living . Third Place in Fresh Start Challenge.
The beginning of spring; when flowers begin to bloom, songs of animals echo around the surrounding nature, and a gentle breeze can be felt as it caresses the skin. Birth. Life. Renewal. These are a few terms that are often associated with spring, and in turn dictate a large course of our planet's cyclical balance.

If only life came with instructions
Instead of making lists on what I’m going to do – the usual suspects that yearly made the list were to lose a few pounds (not the ones from my purse), socialize more (despite the fact I was beginning to prefer animals to people I have the awareness that not all people suck the life out you and it’s about setting boundaries) I decided to think about what I didn’t want in my life.
