My goal for 2021 is to stay organized. I want to share with you the best ways I found that are helpful. I started off the year by setting a daily plan and sticking to it. I would suggest trying to have a routine that is easy and works for you.
Tip 1: I like to set alarms on my phone with names of what I have to do. For example I wake up at 9am, so on my phone I have set an alarm for 9 o'clock that says "wake up". Having alarms though out the day that remind you what is on your list, help keep you on track.
Tip 2: When I am cooking I like to clean as I go, so when I do my cleaning for the day I do not have as much.
Tip 3: Cut snacking out. I only say this because I use to eat when I was bored and not just hungry. I am trying to eat better and stay healthy so if you have a routine your body won't want snacks as much.
Tip 4: Self care! Taking care of your skin and body is super important. I have been washing my face twice a day, right when I get up and right before bed. This doesn't just make my skin better but makes me feel more clean. I have also set a time in the day to workout. I workout Monday - Friday and leave the weekends as my rest days.
My personal daily routine:
9:00 wake up ( I like to go on my phone as soon as I wake up. I have limited myself to only 15 minutes in the morning to go on my phone, because if I really wanted to I could stay on my phone for hours.)
9:15 make my coffee breakfast
9:25 take my vitamins
9:45 wash my face and get ready
10:00 let my dogs out ( when its a nice morning I like to spend 30 minutes to a hour outside with my dogs.)
10:30 clean the house. (I give myself a hour to clean the house but if its not needed I move on to the next steps.
11:30 work (I work from home so my routine is based off that. If you have a schedule I would suggest working around your work schedule.)
12:30 lunch time.
1:00 work
2:30 workout
3:00 shower
3:30 work
6:00 have a snack
6:30 free time to do what I want
8:45 skin care
9:00 pick dinner out for tomorrow night. ( I find it helpful to take my dinner out the night before so I feel planned and prepared.)
9:10 dinner ( I eat dinner late at night as it works best with my husbands work schedule and I enjoy eating with him.)
10:00 rest and sleep.
I hope his was helpful for you and hope your life becomes organized.
