Sink School
Note: I first heard the term 'sink school' - or 'estate school' - in an interview with a filmmaker who survived one. A sink school is a school that is noted for its underachievement. A drabble is a story that is exactly 100 words. I have decided to approach this as a file in a school's folder telling a terrible truth that is all too common.

The Teacher
There was a teacher in a particular classroom 113. The teacher was nice enough, but no student knew for sure. This teacher always had a smile on their face. Could we really trust this one the students said to each other. In the hallways they all kind of walk around this teacher and the classroom they were at times afraid to move even to adjust themselves at their desks. One day the smiling teacher turned towards the class and the teachers' true self came through loud and clear and hissing all the way not one student could move away now.

There was only one rule: “don’t open the door.” Alexis and Jackie are in their care on their way to the camp grounds of Crystal Lake when Alexis decides to stop at the infamous Voorhees house on the way there. “What are we doing here, Lex?” Jackie asked. “I just wanna see it” Alexis replied. “See what?” Jackie asked. “The Voorhees House” Alexis began. “This is the family home of Jason Voorhees”. “Wait, you mean the Crystal Lake killer?” Jackie asked with surprise.

A Fall Day
There is nothing better than being able to take a walk in the park on a cool, brisk day during autumn, but be on the lookout for you never know what or who is about. Looking around there is a shadow, and it is getting longer as the sun is setting. The person walked faster but seemed not to be making too much progress for the sidewalk seems to be sucking the person down. The person seems to be yelling for help, but no sound is heard by the others around. He stretches one more time for a branch: No!

The Shadow Strikes No More
There was only one rule: don't open the door. Some doors are meant to be closed or something might get out. When darkness meets the daytime the risen factor is, will the ghost see beyond the borders of humanity? It already knows since it is hiding in the shadows. It needs no whips, no chains, for those are the implements of lower human nature and shadow is far beyond that, even lower, if you can imagine that! Instead, it reaches its mark on humanity differently.

We Hate Halloween
There was only one rule: don’t open the door. It’s only for one night of the year. “There is no reason we can’t control our urges for one freaking night, right folks. We have 364 nights to reign terror on the world, but not tonight. Tonight, we must remain calm and no matter what happens or who comes knocking, that door stays closed. Understood, everyone?”

A Thanksgiving Turkey
Getting ahead of myself, but did you ever wonder if the turkey in the month of October could be thinking of an escape plan. This Tom Turkey seems to be thinking in this way. "How to I get out of here? I know what is going to happen in another few weeks and I want to live." He sees the farmer coming and starts to strut around the coop and Tom eyes the farmer and thinks should I make a break for it when he opens the gate for, I know I only have a few minutes before he leaves.
