Lime and Coconut Cupcakes
I think I’ve done these before and often I’ve filled them with raspberries because that simply makes a classic flavour combination. This time though, I’ve opted for filling them with blueberries mainly because I wanted them to taste slightly different. I go for a lot of coconut and before you’re asking whether I actually eat these, the answer is no because I do not like coconut myself. But, other people around me love it and so I opt for quite a bit. Let’s not dwell on whether I’ll eat them myself and get to the recipe then. This comes complete with a buttercream recipe for the icing and how I made it.

Cheese and Onion Scones
I'm not going to make a series out of this, I'm just going to post things that I make sporadically because I feel like I post enough anyway. Baking has always been my side-thing. Some time ago I was going to turn it into a business but after thinking about it, I decided that it would suck the joy and fun out of everything. Scones are something I quite like making and coming up with new savoury scones is something I like because I feel that the classic sweet scone can’t be messed with. Savoury scones though? the recipe is up for grabs. Let’s take a look at it then…

My Favorite "Power" Foods To Eat & Recipe Changes I've Made While On A GLP-1
In late June, I decided to take the plunge and try a GLP-1 medication. It was something I had debated and talked with my doctor about for quite a while, but I was always a bit nervous to give it a shot – no pun intended. I’ve always struggled with my weight and as I started getting older, I noticed that I was experiencing a lot more pain and inflammation than I was comfortable with. I also have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which my doctor thought was likely contributing to the symptoms I was experiencing, along with consistently gaining weight year after year. It seemed like nothing I tried or did ever made a difference in my pain levels or helped me drop any pounds. After initially having a rather negative experience with Metformin, I made the decision to give it a try.

Why You Need to Try Mexican Spoon Candy This Week
A Spoonful of Comfort There’s something magical about desserts that don’t try too hard. You don’t need layers of sponge or a blowtorch to impress—sometimes, the best treats are the ones you stir slowly on the stove with nothing but a wooden spoon, a little patience, and a kitchen filled with the scent of sugar and memory.

Nourishing Autumn Soup Recipes to Warm Your Soul
1. Creamy Winter Melon and Tofu Skin Soup This velvety soup achieves its rich texture without any dairy. Begin by thickly slicing winter melon. Pan-fry five eggs until golden brown, then cut into chunks. Sauté the melon until slightly translucent before combining with the eggs. The crucial step: add truly boiling water to create a naturally milky broth. Simmer for three minutes before adding thin pork slices. After one minute, incorporate tofu skin for protein. Season simply with salt and white pepper, finishing with fresh scallions and goji berries. The result is a soothing, nutrient-dense soup perfect for cool evenings.

Lemon and Blueberry Cupcakes
Yes, I'm back to writing more recipes down. I don't want to turn this into a thing but here we are. I posted them to Facebook and they seemingly got a great response from my friends. Even though my baking style is a bit more homely than show-baking, I still think that these were a great success. So, let's go through how I made them...
