Meats Festival At Matter of Craft
It's football season and meal time!

It's that time again, the Meats Festival, whether for lunch or dinner, come on down to Matter of Craft, on September 4th through September 7th, for some delicious grub that has been prepared with meat rubs and sauces all made from Scratch in the restaurant's own kitchen and then cooked in smokers with the passion of time and flavor. All brought to you while you watch Football on our TV screens located in our dining area.

What's on the menu? Ask the Chef and the cooks. All the meats and appetizers are carefully prepared with selected herbs and spices to give your taste buds a flavor kick.
You can't go wrong with some of the most popular dishes:
• Smoked Brisket
• Smoked Pulled Pork
• Smoked Ribs
• Smoked Wings
• Jalapeno poppers
• And final Bratwurst
Here, you can enjoy and savor all the meats on a tray. While you sample the smoked meat, you can enjoy it with sides you can choose from:
• Fries (a popular favorite among grown-ups and kids)
• Coleslaw, made with Poppyseed dressing (original recipe by Chef Todd Barr)
• Cornbread
• Side salad (your choice of salad dressing)
With so many choices, it makes you want to ask, 'Which one are you hungry for?' How about some brisket just by itself or as a sandwich, smothered in a meat dry rub made from Scratch, to reach every inch of the meat. Slowing-cooked in the smoker until it reaches its peak in flavor.
Would you like to get some ribs? The meat is so tender that when you take a bite, the meat falls off the bone, and it follows with the taste of the MOC sauce made from… You guessed it, from Scratch. Yes, finger-lickin' good.
Or you are craving for a mouth-watering sandwich with tender pulled pork, straight from the smoker, into the roll, and on your plate while enjoying a football game or just chilling with your friends. You can top the sandwich with the coleslaw or just the meat itself. But if you're in the mood for sharing, try the smoked wings with dipping sauce.

Or how about some Jalapeno poppers? This tasty appetizer is stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon to give it that delicious crunch. It might not be spicy, but it can help spark a conversation with your party.
And lastly, let's not forget smoked Bratwurst. We know it's a month away from the October feast, but don't let that stop you from enjoying some good grub. And remember to enjoy all that good food with The Matter of Crafts' own craft beer, which you can find in front of the entrance. It's nice and chill, perfect for hitting the spot.
