Bio
The London I've been discovering is usually off the well-beaten track.I love the nooks and crannies and walking along the streets steeped in centuries worth of history. I'm fond of Zone 1 because that's where it all began centuries ago.

The Shard
Love it or Hate it, it's here to say. When it first started going up, like many Londoners, I was a little hesitant. However, having visited it countless times, I'm overwhelmed by the magnitude and the building's height, especially as you stand at the base of the building. No matter where you go in central London. You'll likely see it; I can even see it from my high street😅.

The Amphitheatre Under The Guildhall Art Museum
Did you know that there is the remains of a Roman Amphitheatre underneath the Guildhall Art Museum in The City of London? The Square Mile as it’s known is filled with history in every nook and cranny. I have been to the Amphitheatre before as part of a school trip as a child. However, it’s a completely different experience as an adult.

The Latino Vibe At Kew
I popped down to Kew Gardens to see the much hyped ‘Orchid Festival’ which ran from February to 2nd of March. As a member, we had preferred morning slots. I wasn’t expecting to see a queue when I did turn up at the allotted time. We waited patiently for fifteen minutes before we were allowed in after security bag checks.

The Winter Lights in Canary Wharf
Seeing my old work area become one big giant open-air art gallery was great fun. I’ve always associated Canary Wharf with a severe money hood. Still, the image is more mellow because the Estate is putting on more shows to attract non-financiers into the area. Plus, it’s good for the local economy. I heard that 500,000 people visited last year.
