Enneagram descriptions
Enneagram type 1 - Type ones are known for perfectionism. They tend to want to do things in the right way and have a methodical way of working in life. They are people with a high sense of integrity and want to maintain a certain code of ethics. Their strong sense of morality can give them deep integrity though they may sometimes be seen as too 'stuck in their ways' or perfectionistic. They can have a strong sense of discipline and focus as they are deeply intent on following rules and doing things in the 'right way' rather than cutting corners. This sense of integrity is an admirable quality that other types may aspire to, though they may also sometimes need to be less rigid in their approach.

MBTI - an overview of the types INFP - the dreamy, idealistic type. They tend to be quiet people who often prefer their own company though can be great mediators. They tend to be kind and peaceful people who also have a melancholy element. They are often seen as writers as they have an introverted and imaginative side and like to create and imagine scenarios.

Sensors and Intuitives
Sensors and intuitives have some different qualities. It is sometimes seen that intuitives are favored over sensors. This is quite a common occurence though sensors have qualities that may be favored over introverts. One quality is that the sensor version of each type may a softer more endearing side or even a lighter side to their personality. The intuitives may come across as darker or more harsh in a way.

ENFP and ESFPs- The Inspirers or Encouragers
ENFP and ESFP - the inspirers E NFP and ESFP are often seen as the inspirers or encouragers, amongst the most inspiring or encouraging types in the MBTI system. . Both of these types are enthusiastic, upbeat, and have generous and spontaneous energies. It is interesting to explore the positive nature of their inspiring nature - yet also how other types can be inspiring. ENFP and ESFP are seen as the inspirers because of their social and encouraging nature.

Introverts and extroverts
There are certain types that present as more introverted yet type isn't as simple as this. There is a spectrum of introvert and extrovert and some may identify as more extreme and some may identify as more balanced or ambiverted. In the Enneagram or MBTI there are some exceptions where someone may be introverted or extroverted in another system.

Comparing social and sexual
The social instinct is generous, inclusive, playful and adaptive. The sexual instinct is aggressive, dynamic and competitive. The dynamic and aggressive nature of the sexual instinct and the playful nature of the social instinct work in parrelel with eachother, and create a more outgoing energy. They are both generous energies and the light self-pres can give them a more expansive energy than some of the other stackings.

The singing of Sensors vs Intuitives (or Se vs Ne) I found it interesting to explore the differences between Se and Ne in singing. Typically sensors that user SE are more commonly seen in pop music, such as ESFP, ISFP, or feeling or perceiving types in general.
