American Greatness is a Scam!!!. Content Warning.
"Make America Great Again...?" What do those words mean exactly? Every time I see those exact words I ask myself, "Who does that apply too exactly?" How does putting Donald Trump back in the White House make America great? Trump doesn't belong in any business or political office. He should be locked away in a prison cell. Or in a padded room with a straitjacket tied up so tightly that can't move a finger. The 2024 Election was one of the most historic events in American history. One where the right choice was easy and obvious. Kamala Harris would have been that choice. The right choice! But no... America made the choice... And it chose wrong!!! It chose a wannabe dictator who wants to destroy the American way of life.

Women's Work Hidden by Patriarchy and Capitalism: Honoring Historical Craftsmanship Contributions
We exist in a time when the gender pay gap is expanding. Recent studies indicate that women earn less than men, and the pandemic has exacerbated the pay gap in various nations. This disparity continues because there are fewer women in high-paying leadership roles and because women predominantly work in lower-paying industries. Yet, there are even more subtle and harsh reasons contributing to the gender pay gap. Historically, women’s work has been undervalued, resulting in unequal pay for comparable jobs between genders. Although this practice is gradually decreasing, it still exists.

Lapdogs vs. Watchdogs
What a week. I am up in Montréal, safely across the border from those nasty Americans and their wicked ways. The groundhogs have spoken...and we cannot make up our minds about it. The tariffs were dropped this weekend and officially, we are in the middle of a trade war. This feels like it will continue for some time since the chief occupier of the Oval Office only has two modes: you either win or you lose (his multiple bankruptcies seem to confirm this theory). And he does not want to face the truth: one of the countries he decided to hit over the nose with a newspaper is not as kind as he proposed.

The Hypocrisy of Party Loyalists. Content Warning. AI-Generated.
There is a sickness in modern politics, one that is both pervasive and insidious, infecting the very fabric of democratic societies. It’s not a simple matter of corruption or a momentary lapse in judgment—it’s a deep-seated blind loyalty to political parties, a disease that has rendered large segments of the population incapable of critically engaging with their own side of the political spectrum. This loyalty isn’t just about defending policy or ideology—it’s about defending the party itself. It’s about a mindset that demands fealty, unquestioning support, and adherence to a set of beliefs that often defy logic and reason. Those who have fallen into this trap cannot see the hypocrisy of their actions because, in their eyes, their party’s truth is the only truth that matters.
