Lockdown
I can give you the date: March 11, 2020. Everything that led up to this moment and the fallout afterward may fall from the world’s memory over time, but I kept a running timeline from pre-2020 to January 2021. I know that one day my grandchildren will ask if any of “that stuff” actually happened so I collected article headlines, news photos, and the abundance of memes that one day won’t make sense out of context.

Trump: Vast Changes Afoot!. Content Warning.
No doubt as many Native Americans see Trump complaining about illegal migrants, they understand what he is on about. They faced from day 1 Europeans pouring in and taking their land. Taking their resources and using them for themselves. Native Americans suffered in various ways and were punished when they fought back eventually becoming strangers in their own country. Native Americans today are still very much part of the US. They can be found in all professions. Some live on reservations (reservations in their own land!), some live in towns and cities, etc. Native Americans have increased their population over the last 10 years or so. Sadly, many still live in poverty, joblessness, alcoholism, drug addiction, etc. However, they are still here in American society in one form or another. However, when you look at American media, TV shows, radio, movies, and social media you'd think they were extinct!

A World Within Darkness
The event that could have been but never was. I was recently in Iceland, a trip for the bucket list. I took a trip at night to see the Aurora. Unfortunately, they were not playing ball that night, but whilst I sat rocking, I listened to commentary about them. One moment the voice over the speakers described, was the event that was predicted that never happened. The Millennium Bug was one thing; however, many theorists believed the world would end in 2012.

Looking Through the Eyes of The Shadow Self
The mists were thick as Kat climbed along the hard crust of crystalline frost that covered the path. An irregular echo of footsteps followed her. It was the ice cracking the rocks. She made it to the top of a high mountain. The low sunlight illuminated the deep waters below. She turned to look around. Cast upon surfaces of mists and clouds loomed the enormous blind Spectre of Brocken, known as the Grey Man of the mountains, whose Gaelic title is Am Fear Liath Mòr.
