The Cult of MAGA . Content Warning.
When you hear the word cult, what do you think of first? For most, the word probably conjures up dark images of charismatic serial killers or clandestine rituals done in the dead of night. It's a misunderstood concept that mystifies and terrifies many, but why is this? People are fascinated by cults because of the psychological and sociological aspects that influence them. It's not an easy idea to define or understand, of course. Although some cults are easily understood as such, others are a little more subtle.

A Non-DEI Administration
January 28, 2025, the Defense Department Intelligence Agency (DIA) paused Special Emphasis Programs and related activities and events. What does that mean? It means they have stopped observances of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Pride Month, Holocaust Days of Remembrance, Asian Pacific Islander, and other cultural or historical annual events due to Trump's ban on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in the federal workplace. They ordered all Command, Elements, and Special Offices to cease and desist any celebrations, calling it a "pause." The Order also put a "pause" on all Affinity Groups, Agency Resource Groups, and Employee Networking Groups.

The King's Horse
I want to create a moment that will change everything. To date, I have been unsuccessful. I don't give up hope. I will never give up hope. It is the raw material around which the steel of my armour has been wrought. It is at the core of my resolve, it is the fabric of my purpose, my goal to gain a clearer voice for women, and I will not relinquish it.

A person’s responsibility to condemn the inexcusable
In a world increasingly defined by blurred moral lines, some moments demand absolute clarity. Elon Musk, one of the richest men on the planet and a close ally of Donald Trump, performed what German authorities have identified as a Nazi salute on Inauguration Day. The incident, met with cheers from neo-Nazis on Musk’s own social media platform, had the German government ban the video and related images in its country.
