Why I am raising money for “Young Minds” charity.
It is not a secret for anyone at this point that I feel very strongly about the subject of mental health, as well as destroying the stigma that surrounds it. I mean, it even says in my bio, both here and on Instagram that I am a mental health advocate. And since I started a fundraiser for YoungMinds charity on my birthday last month, I thought this is a good time to elaborate on the subject a bit more. To make it more personal, more transparent. To tell a story about a real life experience.

Psychology: Do you especially care about what others think? Do you know how to change it?
In life there is always such a person, they will be particularly concerned about the views of others. And therefore in dealing with others often become cautious, obsequious, afraid of where not to do a good job, leading to other people's criticism and accusations. Even some times the other party has not shown any dissatisfaction, they themselves are first nervous and sensitive, like a child who is afraid of being blamed for a mistake, the inner fear of not being able to.

I Turned 34 on September 1st
My 34th birthday just passed on September 1st. I wasn't even going to celebrate but my best friend wasn't having it -"You aren't doing anything for your birthday?!"- She booked me a one-way ticket up to NYC and reminded me what it feels like to be surrounded by love.

Mother, you had no Right
Mother, you had no Right! Mother, it would be your birthday coming up on the 19th day of September. You were born in 1933 in Liverpool, England. You lived through the Blitz in London, came to Canada and joined the Canadian Military. You raised children on your own and lived a hard life at times.
