An Ode to Love
It had been a while since the separation. My mom had offered to take my daughter for the night to catch up on, well, anything and everything I had fallen behind on for the last four years of motherhood, or as she insisted, to take time to relax. I hadn't been on a date in ages, and to be honest I hadn't had much desire to as I had not been lucky in love. The men I chose to love never loved me... At least not in the way that I needed to be.

WRITTING IS MY THERAPY
Okay, so I decided to go ahead and challenge myself. See...I love to write but don't do it as often or as serious about it as I should be, wanna be. The huge "C" word's are my biggest issues. I love what i write, how I write it, but I think that my vocabulary is limited, that I won't sound as smart as I know I am,or that I just plan suck. Now, don't get me twisted, I have had a lot of folks tells me I should write, like FOR REAL. To be totally honest, I ABSOFREAKINLUTLY luv luv luv writing. My thought, ideas, my past, my present.

Let's Face It, Rejection Sucks!
Let’s Face It, Rejection Sucks! Every one of us experiences rejection at some time in our lives. It may be by a person with whom you want to have a relationship with or it could be when you’re turned down for a job you really want. The truth is that the only people who never experience rejection are those who never have any interaction with other people which in effect, makes for a pretty reclusive and lonely existence.

You Can’t Teach an old Dog New Tricks:
This 'wisdom' might be true in the canine world, but fortunately for humans, we are able to learn new ways right to the end of life. This is true for new behaviors and also for new ways of thinking, new beliefs and attitudes, new emotional responses and whole new approaches to life.

My Theory of Irrelativity
Baby steps are immeasurable according to my Theory of Irrelativity. Their measure involves added volume and weight that an ordinary distance cannot carry. Sometimes the very smallest of steps in the right direction are enough to cancel out those giant steps that you feel were taken in less-desirable directions.

Onions
Firsts: Onions I don’t know if I could bite into a raw onion if I were starving in the woods, stuck on a frozen tundra in a winter wonderland, but I’ve cut, chopped, diced and cooked with every color onion imaginable. Yet I’m much more interested in the metaphor of peeling back the onion layers and how that pertains to we humans.

4 Steps To Find Meaning In What You Do
1. Decompose Your Crisis If you are anything like me, you often drift into this world of questions. What is the meaning of life? What is the purpose of our existence? What makes human, well, human? You get the idea. Most adults simply grow to accept that they can't find answers and ignore the topic entirely. Others, like me, become somewhat depressing and overthinking about what the world would be like if there is no me. Sometimes, when it gets worse, I think about what the world would be like if I keep on being dead and born repeatedly.
