healing
How to heal fully and properly.
A tale of healing and hope
Our gifts often find us in interesting situations, and sometimes it gets hard to determine where the lines get drawn in the sand. I faced such a case one night when my daughter spiked a high fever, and I found myself terrified that something was going to happen to her. I immediately called the healer that I had been working with while bracing myself for the ultimate trip to the emergency room.

A war
I will admit to anyone I am in a paradigm shift. It is intense and it is very real. I walked through a door and I can not return. I must keep going forward in developing the man I want to be. I am driven by my love for those closest to me. My conquest is to acquire the wealth of health and money and spread it. In order to help others I must learn and understand how to help myself.

Overcoming you
It’s that time again, coming up so quickly, it’s the day I died, and it’s the day that I was born. It’s the day that we burned the house down (figuratively) to the ashes and wholly changed. And somehow, I rebuild something different, something better and new. On February 28, 2010, I died and Woke up to a new person on March 1, 2010. Since then, I have been through so many emotions and a roller coaster. From forgetting the event to working hard to remember. While the fragments of my memory aren’t whole, it bounces around my head.

Rediscovering Me
Rediscovering myself was one of my favorite endeavors, and well, you might question as to how it can be so for rediscovery for ordinary people is mostly a once (or if they need it twice) in a lifetime thing. Yet to me, it is something I tend to strive for now and then.

Cancer-free in 6 months!
I heard that more and more women with cancer are feeling alone and losing hope. Hearing this news made me realise I have to share my story to show there is light at the end of the tunnel and it's brighter than you have ever seen it before.

Read This If Nobody Texted You Good Morning.
Is it too late to say it? because it can be so difficult to be on your own. The nights and the mornings are the worst. There’s something about going to bed by yourself, or waking up to an empty bed and no messages that makes you feel empty and hollow. It feels like no one cares, like you don’t even matter, like no one would even notice if you just disappeared off of the face of the earth.

THE BIRD, THE SEED AND THE FLOWER
From my first blink I heard their voices all around me saying.,“shes just a little bird”. yeah, nothing special just a bird like all the others. Well, I guess Im nothing special, just a little bird. A bird lonely, and at times lost and tired of flying. I want more than anything to just be still, but I continued to fly from tree to tree, trying to find a safe place to land and call my home, but no place felt right. Even when I was surrounded by all the other birds, my flock, we flew together but It never felt right. Always at the end of the line formation. No one hears me, only expect me to fall in line and blend. But nothing is more lonely then blending. One day without thinking I flew off on my own. By myself I was the loudest. By myself I was number 1. I flew wherever The wind took me.

2021 THE YEAR OF APPLICATION
2021 is the year of application. The year I start putting into action all the lessons and wisdom I’ve gained from all the years before. 2020 is now behind me but the lessons and awareness it brought will never be forgotten. Yes it was very painful, yes it was scary and challenging, and It was an experience most, if not all of us wouldn’t ever want to relive again but I have challenged myself to see all the Gems of awareness it brought to not only me but everyone worldwide that we can now apply on our new journey in 2021.

LABELS,LABELS
MORE THAN WORDS Why do we put labels on people and allow ourselves to be label by others?. We not only allow it, we wear it proudly as if that is all we are. We are so quick to judge and categorized each other based on our beliefs, mistakes, struggles, downfall and circumstances forgetting that in our own time of hardships we hope for a hand of compassion and understanding not judgements and labels. Are we not allowed to make mistakes?. Isn't that how we learn and grow?. Are we not capable of understanding that we are more than our flaws. More than our religions. More than our bank account. More than the numbers on the scale. More than the likes we accumulate on social media. We are so much more than we allow the world and ourselves to see.

Turning over a new leaf.....
It's been a long time since I last wrote a story. Today the 11th of February 2021, I am in the mood to share a new one. Life has been unpredictable with the Covid 19 virus and emotions have been running high with confusion, fear and even joy at times. Why joy? you must say, well ..may be because it has given some of us the opportunity to get that so desperatly wanted family time or even opportunities to just sleep in and reflect , while for others it takes away from the rat race of travelling to and from work or even just getting through a really busy day, where now you may have to walk to your space of work and just click on zoom and you are at work..
