The Power within!
Each one of us wants high happiness index, peace of mind, mature character and success in life but most of us do not really strive to achieve these goals. Out of us who struggle for their goals a very few are able to make things happen. The difference between successful and unsuccessful people is the difference between the level of Inner Power both the categories posses in their brains and the level of Power they exert to achieve what they want to achieve. In my opinion, the Inner Powers consist of following seven categories and the intellectuals who possess all these mental muscles can accomplish a great deal of victories in most of the fields of life:

Be Grateful For Life Today to Celebrate a Birthday Tomorrow
Our Expectations A few years ago, on September 8, I attended two events. The first one during the day was a memorial service/celebration of life. The second one during the evening was a birthday celebratåion. I'm sure you probably think the memorial service was an older person, while the birthday was for a younger one. That's okay because it is natural to feel this way.

That human experience is not as unique and isolating as we might originally think. This pit will vary widely in depth and darkness, that doesn’t make it any less of a pit you want to get out of.

Happiness is Bike Shaped
My friends often tease me that I never smile in the photos (selfies) I take when I am out on my bike. I don’t know why my face refuses to crack a smile because, for me, I’m at my happiest when I’m hitting the open road on my bike. In fact, I’d go as far as saying, happiness for me is definitely bike shaped.

Shine Bright Like a Diamond 💎
Success Takes Time and Hard Work—Follow These 5 Steps to Stick With It to the End We live in an immediate gratification kind of society. If we want a cup of coffee, we drive through Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. So why should the idea of being successful be any different?

On The Road
I spend 2 hours a day commuting back and forth from work. In a given month, that’s 40 hours of nonstop driving. In a given year, that’s close to 500 hours spent with arms stretched, shoulders tense, eyes glazed and strained on the road ahead. At 60 miles-per-hour, that’s 30,000 miles a year, or greater than the entire circumference of the earth (24,901 miles).

Understand Me
EVERYDAY IS A BATTLE TO STAY ALIVE AND MAKE SOME SORT OF CHANGE IN SOME SORT OF WAY. THERE WILL BE TIMES THAT IT JUST SEEMS LIKE THE WORLD IS AGAINST YOU, OR NOTHING YOU DO EVER SEEMS TO BE RIGHT. BUT YOU HAVE TO REMIND YOURSELF THAT IT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE. PEOPLE HAVE WAYS OF DEALING WITH THE THINGS THAT HURT THE MOST. IN MY OPINION THE ONE THING THAT HURTS THE MOST IS WHEN ONE SHOWS LOVE AND CONCERN AND YET THEY GET TREATED AS IF IT’S NEVER GOOD ENOUGH OR THE EFFORT ONE PUTS INTO DOING SOMETHING JUST GETS CUT DOWN LIKE A TREE. I’VE SEEN ENOUGH, HEARD ENOUGH, AND FELT ENOUGH PAIN TO KNOW THAT THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF HEARTACHE! YES THERE ARE TIMES THAT I JUST WANT TO FALL TO MY KNEES AND JUST CRY BECAUSE IT’S THE ONLY THING THAT SEEMS TO HELP AT THE TIME. BUT THROUGH IT ALL, I STILL WALK WITH MY HEAD HELD HIGH, JOY IN MY HEART AND MY DIGNITY. I HAVE TO BIG OF A HEART TO LET IT BE WALKED ON AND BROKEN. I’M SO TIRED OF PATCHING UP WOUNDS, WHEN THEY ARE JUST GONNA BE SCARED AGAIN. IF IT’S ONE THING I LEARNED ITS THAT I’M A HARD FIGHTING SOLDIER, AND THIS WORLD IS A BATTLEFILD. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE ANYTHING BUT HAPPY, AND THAT’S JUST HOW I AM GOING TO LIVE MY LIFE. I’M TIRED…I AM SO TIRED! I AM SO GLAD THAT NO ONE PERSON HAS TO EVER GO TROUGH SOMEONE ELSE’S SAME EXACT SHOES, UNLESS THEY CHOOSE TO. I NEVER WANT SOMEONE TO EVER ENDURE THE THINGS THAT I HAVE, BECAUSE IT’S NOT FAIR, NOT FOR ANY HUMAN. I’VE WATCHED LOVED ONES PASS ON LEAVING ME BEHIND, AND I’M LEFT TO DEAL WITH THE PAIN. I THANK GOD EVERYDAY FOR LIFE, BECAUSE I DON’T SEE HOW I AM STILL STANDING. I NEVER QUESTION GOD’S WILL, BECAUSE HIS WILL BE DONE. HE HAS A PLAN FOR ME SOMEWHERE DOWN THE ROAD, AND AT THE END OF EVERY DARK ROAD THERE IS BOUND TO BE LIGHT.

Expressing Yourself
Until I started focusing on my inner qualities, my beauty never jumped out. My “canvas” has always been expressed in my hairstyle. I don’t have any tattoos, but always wanted one. I guess I live vicariously through my daughter, as she has more than ten tattoos. I have always been known as “the girl with big hair”.

The sky's the limit
The sky's the limit Do you ever just lift your eyes to the sky to snag a glimpse of the never ending beauty in the fluffiest clouds or even the anger of storm clouds lingering overhead? It is mesmerizing on so many levels. Escaping the bustle of the city with its anonymity and coldness has been our plan for such a very long while, most likely before we even realized that it was our destiny. As life’s journey leads us on the twists and turns of each phase, we gather knowledge, dreams, desires that in the farthest reaches of my mind were cultivating the need for peace, love and harmony. Not to appear too cliche for me and mine, we both traveled many miles and survived personal struggles so when destiny brought our broken wandering souls together it was meant to be. Fueled by the elements of coastal life and our love of nature lead us to this place we now call home.

A Word About Our "Thirties."
Autumn winds have started to rattle loose from the already dead and fading leaves of the high maple trees. The pathways of hiking trails and sidewalks are littered with the golden brown glow of the fallen pine needles that outnumber the cars in the state. New England air is a strange thing for people outside of the region. In the early morning it's stiff and brittle and just cool enough to wake you up without having had any coffee. By mid-day the return of a familiar and comfortable summer heat has spread and people around you are taking off their sweaters and thin jackets as they embrace the stark contrast in weather. Then evening falls at earlier and earlier hours as the days pass. Walking in the moonlight, you can see the wet patches of remaining dew from the morning that didn't evaporate start to harden and grow. Among all of these things, you realize another summer has gone by which means soon, another year will pass.
