happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
How do we live in this world ?
With this world always changing how do we stay up to date? I was born in a beautiful island the the Caribbean called Grenada. Oh how beautiful it is, and how proud I am of being Called a Grenadian. Grenada is called the spice isle of the Caribbean, because of all the spice we produce as a country. I was born and on February 20th 1985, the world back then was simple but great. it was what I will call the 1980s the bridge between the old times and this new age of living. The lifestyle is totally different now as I remember it to be, RESPECT is not as it was, LOVE is not as it was, TOGETHERNESS is not the same, RELIGION is not the same, SCHOOL is not the same, MUSIC is not the same. and the list goes on. My question is what brought about that drastic chance in this world? This is what I keep asking my self everyday, as I look back at my days growing up as a child and what it is now it had me confused, but then I realized some basic facts.

Second thoughts
Second thoughts. Some story’s aren’t always beautiful, some story’s break your heart and leave you questioning everything in life. The truth is not everything’s beautiful in this world anymore. The saddest part of this world is that sometime the beautiful part drown in the darkness. Sometimes beautiful people get lost most because they have this feeling that they don’t belong, that they aren’t attractive enough, that they can’t do something as well as the next, that someone will always outdo them. It’s a horrific thing to watch the people is this world lost in self hate because of the way the world trained them to feel. Maybe I’ll you’re life not like this, maybe you’ve lived in a perfect home with the perfect life yet still somethings missing. Could you imagine it a feel of sadness in your soul or not belonging anywhere or to anything. That person with the smile next to you could feel this, what’s the last thing you’d want to say to them if you could? Sometimes our words are venom and we don’t even know we’ve bitten the one we love, or even the passerby. Sometimes you’re word can break someone’s last straw. There’s times when the person you know the stands there smiling is the one that’s lived in the emptiness longer then they can remember.

2020 vision
Just because one chooses to believe in something, that doesn't by definition automatically make what you believe to be true or accurate. One great question to ask yourself is, what is it that I believe and why did I choose to believe in it? growing up there were many situations in which I decided to believe in something just because it came from a trusted source. I'm sure you have had a similar situation when someone told you something and later on you found out it was all just a lie or rumor. So if this trusted source /person is telling me this and it seems to make sense, I will take this into my mind and it now becomes a fact from that point on. As I got older and started scanning what I believed, I came to the conclusion that roughly 95% of what I thought to be true was actually false and that negative information was running my direction in life, and that direction ran me right into the darkest hole of despair.

Let's Daydream
Let’s Day Dream I daydream every morning, and here’s why. Daydreaming is something we do all the time. Sometimes we do it intentionally, when we feel the need to zone out and escape whatever it is that is occupying our time at that moment. Other times we daydream unintentionally, we slip into a daydream without realising. Daydreaming might paint the picture of an old film, a poem of young lovers with distance between them. While the romantic image of daydreaming is most definitely a great depiction, it does in fact have many faces. It is indeed a rabbit hole, where we slip into the hazy opening to our subconscious mind. A lucky packet, if no intentions are set. Without set intentions or if we are in the wrong mood, our subconscious can indeed bring up concerns and worries and trigger a momentum of frustrating consequences for the day or night ahead.

Who Is Kayla Nicole 999?
So who is Kayla Nicole 999? Well, before 2020, I wasn't very well known. I was a very quiet and introverted girl, that desperately tried to just keep to herself. That all changed back in 2018. My life took an unexpected turn for the worst, that turned out to be the best thing that could have ever happened to me but I wasn't able to see that at the time... Fast forward to today, 11/17/2020 and I have 2.1K subscribers on an adult website, that I NEVER planned on being on but I'm glad I took that leap of faith.

Choose Happiness
Happiness. It is what all of us want and need so very badly but way too often when we look around us at the people we see and know; so many are not happy. This year has really been crushing for so many people who are experiencing the worse stress of their lives. How can we use this pandemic to help us mentally and internally?

Life is perfect due to setbacks
There is no need to regret in life, things that pass away are like a gust of wind; life does not need regrets, and what should come is still to come after all; life does not need to be annoying, and it is difficult for the gray hair to be black again; life does not need to be lamented, loss of self-confidence will lose everything! With an optimistic attitude towards life, traveling will also become a troublesome trip; without strong perseverance, a short journey will become a difficult trek; life is not a race, but a journey. The race cares about the end, and the travel cares about the scenery along the way.

Hey You
I've been on this journey for the last probably five or so years. A journey to love and accept myself, even if I'm not where I want to be with my body. I've done diets galore, exercise routines that made me cry, binge eating episodes that made me hate myself even more. All of it failed every single time. And I'm a big walking cliche because it was 100% due to the fact that I hated myself so much that I wanted to change. I sound like every other fat positive v/blogger and I'm okay with that. Credit for my mind changing about myself goes to The Fat Author (@thefatauthor on instagram) and her podcast Beached Whale. She isn't there to give some philisophical crap about finding inner peace with some essential oils and a yoni egg (?). It's all just honesty. She just talks about herself and her path to loving who she is, even when she doesn't like parts of her. It's incredible, I love her, and if you see this, HI DESTINY, I LOVE YOU!

It is a happiness to have someone who understands you
Your own destiny, your own helm. Understanding is a kind of appreciation, a kind of tacit understanding, and a kind of happiness, allowing the mind to remain calm and indifferent. Everything is moving in the ups and downs, and it is also full in the plain and light, and it is also eternal in the deep and shallow.
