Learning Self Care
Do you sincerely and deeply love yourself? I always thought that being too much into yourself is a bad thing. Turns out that in many ways, the opposite is true. Learning self care and love has been a mind blowing experience for me because I’m 27 and I’m learning that I truly haven’t taken care of myself. Even though in a lot of ways I believe that I have taken care of myself, I really have not.

Insights from the Surf World
What inspires you? What brings you so much excitement and pure joy and yet calms your mind and heart completely at the same time? For me, it is the ocean and the beautiful sport of surfing! In January 2019, I decided that I would interview as many surfers and surf photographers from around the world as possible to learn from them and gain their diverse perspectives.
