happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
Are you a mythical creature learning to embrace your inner dragon like me?
So why the headline? When I started focusing on living my dreams I had a couple things out of whack. First was my thinking that most people were like me and I could help everybody the same. Second was thinking I needed to work on my businesses and hustle harder, to allow me more time to work on healing myself more. I knew I had desires to help others, a desire to feel good and share it with the world and so much more. What I didn't realize at the time, my biggest fears would raise up as soon as I took the leap to live a life I dream of.

Thankful Thoughts
I am thankful for so much in my life. This year of 2020, has not been easy for any of us. Covid-19 put a halt to so many of my plans for this year. I am a holistic healer, a year into starting on this adventure of being a new business owner. Everything shut down and all the events I signed up for were cancelled do to social distancing guidelines. People walk around in fear of not knowing what is to come or when our NORMAL will come back to us. Loved one's lost to a unseen phantom who has nothing better to do then to prey on the weak. We do not know how to take it out, stopping it in it's tracks. We follow suggested guidelines in hopes that it helps while our medical world professionals work hard to find a cure or vaccine to protect us.

The Good In Our Life
We may not realize it, nor wish to comprehend and agree with it, but the truth is, much of the reasoning behind our unhappiness, misery, and depression, in life, is our own fault. We are in the position, the circumstances, and situation, we are in today, due to a string of decisions we made, or didn't make, and actions we took, or failed to take, it's as simple as that. Many of us refuse to accept that, nor do we do something to improve our circumstances, and instead, we just spend our time whinging and complaining how we never get what we desire in life, constantly feeling sorry for ourselves. The worst part about this is that we all actually have some wonderful people, and wonderful blessings all around us, that we use, and take for granted every day, yet we fail to appreciate them, instead choosing to focus on our selfish wants and greed. Life is challenging, and can often drag us down to great depths of depression, pain, sorrow, and adversity, to which none of us are exempt, but we quickly forget about all the good we are actually blessed to have in our life. So many of us make the decision to direct our mindset to all the negatives, and to all the things we don't have, perhaps off the back of the negative influence of others, or the envy we have towards those we deem to have a better life, or nicer possessions. It really highlights the lack of control over our mindset. If we simply changed our focus from what we don't have in life, to actually appreciating all the people, and all the things we do have in life, our entire perception of life can be transformed, as too, our attitude and behavior.

Working out
Exercise is bullshit. Let’s all stop and not workout. Let’s just be lazy pricks and so nothing..... Let’s be quitters. But in reality this isn’t how it works, we all want to look our best and for most of us this does require a level of exercise to burn more calories than we intake each day, as good old James Smith would have said it.

TOUGH LOVE IS THE BEST LOVE
When you are taking a journey in this life you are going to have a few pot holes in the road. The more you drive the more you will see those pot holes. After a few minutes of driving you notice that you can avoid those pot holes and have a smooth drive. This is how life is; full of pot holes that you can either hit or avoid.

Progressing in the Journey
I remember what it felt like in my lowest moments. I remember this deep despair that rose from the depths of my being. Looking back on it years later, I can say that a major proponent of my depression was my inability to truly love myself. This pit of loneliness, rejection, self-loathing, confusion, and hopelessness really had a way of latching on to me whenever I felt like I was reaching a turning point.

What's your Happy?
What's your happy, tell me what's your happy whoo!? (sings as she types in the style of Craig David ) But really what is your happy? Do we ever stop and ask our self this simple and in my point of view profound question? Probably every so often, most likely when we don't have our happy switch on.

Let’s Go Buy Some Happy
LET’S GO BUY SOME HAPPY…… Since I was little, I can remember shopping with my mum. “Let’s go buy some happy!” We would go get money from my dad at his work, and off we went. It was sometimes tedious shopping with her though, as she loves to look at everything! But she always made it fun for my sister and I, and we would leave, well, “happy”.

5 Deliberate Actions That Make Your Life Better
Sometimes it can seem like improving your life is an uphill battle, or like digging your way out of a hole in the sand – things seem to be working more against your favor than in your favor. You may be thinking too big.
