Just because one chooses to believe in something, that doesn't by definition automatically make what you believe to be true or accurate. One great question to ask yourself is, what is it that I believe and why did I choose to believe in it? growing up there were many situations in which I decided to believe in something just because it came from a trusted source. I'm sure you have had a similar situation when someone told you something and later on you found out it was all just a lie or rumor. So if this trusted source /person is telling me this and it seems to make sense, I will take this into my mind and it now becomes a fact from that point on. As I got older and started scanning what I believed, I came to the conclusion that roughly 95% of what I thought to be true was actually false and that negative information was running my direction in life, and that direction ran me right into the darkest hole of despair.
Its amazing how the mind is in direct correlation with my experience's for example, I once believed that I was stupid, ugly, and unworthy of money, love, and happiness, "now why would someone choose to believe in that"? you might ask. You would be surprised just how many people have those beliefs, even you just might be carrying those around, and that those limited beliefs are the root cause of so much unnecessary suffering, what if I told you all you need to do is find and change those belief's, well that's what I did and it wasn't even that hard to do, and like magic I was no longer a stupid, ugly, unworthy of money, love, and happiness kind of person. my entire life changed very quick into finding a beautiful women to love and learning things I never once thought possible making money doing what I love and not to mention the level of excitement and happiness I felt everyday was overwhelming, all because I decided to question why I believe the things I did.
It was very hard for me at the age of 30 to come to terms with the fact that all of my so called facts are wrong and I have some serious work ahead of me to fix this or I'm going to die in confusion. 10 obsessed years later of great monetary sacrifice and going against everything society would have me do, I am glad to say the deprogramming is over and the new foundation of thought is upon me. I will never make the mistake of allowing data into my mind that is not of grand quality, everything that I allow into my mind now is double checked and felt to be true, I know that life is a journey and I wont always be able to have all of the purest of facts, but I do know the difference of a fast food information diet opposed to a organic wholesome clean information diet. The big difference to me now is I'm the first to admit when I am wrong, and have an open mind to new info and experience's. I would recommend every human being to go through this, maybe not as intense as I did, but I do believe that if people would just question themselves from time to time we would be living in a very different world.
So I urge you all to be careful with what you put into your mind, just as you do with what you put into your stomach. knowledge can be a very amazing advantage, however if wrong can alter the way you live, and when it comes down to how we live, I'm certain we all have the same goal in mind and that is to be happy. In todays world we are especially vulnerable living in the ultimate deception of realty. There are many narratives to what is truly going on out there, and a lot of people disseminating information at a rate more than ever before in human history, with a goal of perception control. My advice would be to not let anything sink into your mind until you do your research and homework on whatever subject before you decide to allow in in your sacred space of the mind. Also be willing to say I just don't know right now and that ok.
