'The Farewell' Is an Emotional, Beautifully Crafted Comedy-Drama that Hits All the Right Notes
I'm Asian, and therefore, this movie is the greatest movie ever made. It cured cancer, made puppies even cuter, ended global warming, and created world peace. End of review.

Bat Out of Shell - A Review of 'Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'
Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a direct-to-video animated film based on the Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover comic series released by DC and IDW from December 2015 to May 2016. Crossovers can end up feeling silly, and this comic book crossover seemed like it could easily fall into that category. However, the properties meshed very well, and the animated adaptation follows suit.

My Review of 'Stranger Things': Season 3
I realize that they have to churn out the seasons for Stranger Things pretty fast right about now. The kids are growing up and pretty soon you won't buy the fact that they're still teenagers anymore. I had an idea what they were going to do in this third season based on the previous season but it definitely did not go that direction.

'Midsommar' (2019) Review
Going from strength to strength in his sophomore feature. Midsommar (2019) is the follow up for Ari Aster who achieved acclaim with his debut film Hereditary (2018). Once again, written and directed by Aster, Midsommar (2019) follows a couple in a strained and toxic relationship as they travel to Sweden with some friends to visit a commune’s once in a lifetime mid-summer festival. However things quickly deteriorate as the commune’s true motives are revealed.

'Kidnapping Stella' - Review (Netflix)
Ex-convicts, Vic (Clemens Schick) and Tom (Max von der Groeben) go shopping. They buy soundproof cladding, handcuffs, blackout curtains, locks, and other miscellaneous objects. They prepare a room; a sturdy double bed, blackout windows, extra locks on the doors, both the bedroom door and the door to the small, remote apartment. The apartment is in an abandoned block of flats.

Old School Anime Review - 'Angelic Layer'
It's been a while since I reviewed an anime, so I thought I'd do a new anime review... although, this time I was a bit more careful in selecting a title. The last review that I did—Gall Force: Eternal Story—left me with a terrible headache, and I've still got the rest of the series to go through...

'Euphoria' TV Review
For those of you who don't know on June 16 HBO released its new teen series starring Disney channel star, Zendaya, as a drug addict named Rue. The show was written by Sam Levinson, and on the list of executive producers appears rapper and singer Drake. Before the release of the show I was already excited, because I've been a big fan of Zendaya since her debut in the Disney channel show Shake it Up. That was actually one of my favorite shows on Disney Channel as a child. So when Euphoria was released I wasn't hesitant to watch. So far I am all caught up, and I can say the show definitely wasn't what I expected in terms of how intense the content was. Because, as of today, the show has been renewed for a second season, I decided to do a review of the characters and situations, and later on I will continue with an episode to episode review. I'm only analyzing and giving my first impressions for characters I have something to say about.
