Our favorite billionaire playboy by day and caped crusading vigilante by night will always have a special place in our pop culture history for now and for years to come. It is a story of vengeance and moral ambiguity that most are protective of and willing to pounce at those who intend to change its origins. This is probably the root cause of all the issues that the new Ben Affleck solo Batman movie is having. It is a profoundly effective superhero genre with a cultural phenomenon following behind a multitude of interpretations and ideas that it becomes somewhat difficult to settle on just one.

FX and Ryan Murphy Team for Groundbreaking 'Pose'
Ryan Murphy’s relationship with FX continues to break ground with the announcement of yet another new series. Pose is set to debut on FX in the Summer of 2018 and feature the largest transgender and LGBTQ cast in television history. Set in the playground of New York City in the 1980s the series is set to bring together the uptown yuppies and the downtown trendsetters for an hourlong series drama.

Ever since the release of Suicide Squad, people have debated over the performance of Jared Leto as the Joker; some loved him, some hated him and some felt as though we could have seen more and that people should not hate on him because he wasn’t given the screen time he deserved. As I had never seen another Leto movie, I decided, recently, to give a few films a watch as I loved him as the Joker and I am a big fan of Thirty Seconds to Mars.

10 Movies I Shouldn’t Have Watched with My Girlfriend
Spending a quiet Friday night on the couch in comfy clothes, indulging in an abundance of junk food, and escaping to the transcendent world of Netflix has become the focal point of modern dating. Just as kids in the 50s took their honeys to the drive-in movie for a gosh darn good time, we millennials have escalated the comfort and convenience by bringing the cinematic wonders and occasional nookie to the solitude of our own abodes. Though I am a man whose longest relationship has been with his mother, I’ve still had my share of both sweeping romances and uniquely awkward hang outs. So, as you would deduce, I have experienced Netflix and Chill a-plenty. And through all of those encounters and experiences, I have retained some very useful information. The most important thing I have learned, though, is what NOT to watch with that special someone. Now, this list can’t speak for all women, obviously, but in your old pal Mark’s experience, these are (in no order) the 10 movies I should NOT have watched with my girlfriend.
