
We are always pressured into doing something, but doing nothing allows us to relax and recuperate both physically and mentally.
Eventually, you do something, but to sit and relax, let your mind wander, nap, and forget about everything as your mind and body heal from the tribulations of life.
Nothing, it has no purpose but can be so beneficial to use in ways we do not expect.
Spending time doing nothing will let you recharge your batteries for whatever you choose to do next.
It is taking time out from the world, you may have music playing, or hearing birdsong as you sit on a chair, lie on a bed or on some grass on a warm day.
Take some time and do nothing, and you will feel wonderful.

One of my favorite childhood pastimes doing nothing especially in the summertime lying in grass watching the clouds roll by, Now I have tried just relaxing but my mind is always much too acitve,
Unfortunately, if I do nothing, I become quickly agitated thinking of all the things I should be doing . . .
Nothing is truly one of the most wonderful of things
No need to remind me, practising this noble hobby every day!
