Swiss Cheese Fondue
I'm not sure where else in the world, but it seems here in Australia, (or at least in Melbourne), the classic 60's and 70's style dinner party is making a bit of comeback, particularly in the form of Cheese Fondue. Not only that, but cheese bars and restaurants have also been adding their own interpretation to their menus, and it seems that it's become more popular than ever. We're certainly spoiled for choice when it comes to cheesy goodness, that's for sure.

Make Whole Milk Ricotta at Home
Traditional ricotta is made from leftover whey mixed with a portion of milk, which is then acidified and recooked. However, this recipe uses just the milk instead. It's more convenient, and is richer and creamier in texture and flavour. It's great to serve on your cheese platter, to cook meals or bake with, or to just spread on some toast with a drizzle of honey. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

Cooking Basics For Beginners
Cooking Is Fun!!! When it comes to cooking, it is important to keep in mind that everyone started somewhere. I do not know of a single person who was born with a wooden cooking spoon and ready to go. There is a lot of learning that must be done in order to become a prolific cook. Then there is always room for improvement for one to become a pro in cooking. Not only do you need to begin with the basics when it comes to cooking but you almost need to begin again when learning to cook a new cuisine such as Chinese, Thai, or Indian food.

Inner Peace From a Caramelized Onion
Every time I cook onions, I think of the 1992 movie "Mr. Saturday Night" starring Billy Crystal and David Paymer. It was Crystal's directorial debut, and it got Paymer an Oscar nod. Crystal gave an interview detailing how the set designers made their kitchen set feel like a multigenerational kitchen. They cooked onions on it and even rubbed them into the walls. The smell of cooking onions triggered the actor's memories of warmth, home, and family.

Best food ever
the best food I found when I am stoned and got the munchies is a frozen pizza with crushed Doritos around the crust and while that’s cooking a layer of cheese sticks also frozen topped with crushed Doritos. Once that’s done cooking, a root beer float and some stupid cartoon to watch and I’m fully relaxed and ready for the weekend.

Death by Chocolate O'Cake!
When the aliens arrived, it wasn't scary. It was confusing. People were already dealing with the pandemic resurgence. Covid-19 had evolved into the "Omikron" variant, which some called the "Croki Variant" due to the unfortunate death of Tom Hiddleston. In a reversal of earlier variants, covid now gave those infected superhero-level smelling. Unfortunately, this overwhelmed the human olfactory and respiratory systems. It was now twice as fatal.
