Klabautermann. Top Story - August 2024.
They were taking the ferry to the island. Icy water, black. Johnny and Owen hated it. Before boarding, they’d stood watching men drop weights from the tops of the traffic bridge to get the snow off. Yellow construction suits, harnessed, and up six stories or more, the men looked tiny.

TAG! Photo Game
If you’ve been following my Ekphrastic Two challenge, you may remember hints of a second challenge-thingy. During photo submissions for the former, I created a separate folder for a non-committal photo-prompt-thing, open to anyone. Only a handful of you added photos there, but I’ve added 5 more from the ekphrastic challenge. (Think we’re up to 21 at the time of publication.) Then later, I described the general premise of this challenge as being like a game, where creators can tag their writer friends to write for a particular photograph, thereby creating a chain.
