The Infant and The Dragon
The world we know today is covered in man-made monstrosities made of metal and glass. This is not how the world used to be, and this is not how the world appears on one warm Autumn night, deep in the forest surrounding Mount Somers. This night took place back when homes were still built chiefly of wood and there was no such thing as electricity or indoor plumbing. Most people lived in small villages with their homes built as close to each other as possible for protection as the times were not safe for the average person. Not everyone was like the rest, and there is one, in particular, that was far from average.

Top Summer Food
When it comes to the warm weather of summer, my mind instantly thinks of pool parties, backyard BBQs, and family get-togethers. That means my mind starts thinking of all the delicious foods made and enjoyed during these events. When it comes to foods, I could list a million different things as the top summer food, and it took a lot of work to pick just one to be the top summer food. Fruit is always a must at summer events and to be enjoyed on a hot summer day, but nothing beats a delicious dip that can be enjoyed hot or cold. Now, plenty of different kinds of dips can be found and enjoyed, but my go-to dip has and will always be Touch Down Taco Dip. It is a favorite among my friends and family and is often asked for at events, and the best part is that it is super easy and quick to make. Over the years, I have changed the recipe to meet my taste buds, but below is the original recipe. When I make this recipe, I only use the refried beans, cream cheese, taco seasoning mix, shredded cheese (I use a Mexican mix, not cheddar), and tortilla chips. I also use more taco seasoning then what the recipe calls for as I prefer a stronger spice taste then what most people want.

The Greed of the Blessed
There weren’t always dragons in the valley. For you see, they used to live within the mountains that surround the valley, offering hidden protection to all who live within the valley. The people were raised with the knowledge of the dragons existing and were taught to respect them, even offering them food on special days of the year to keep them happy. The dragons would reward the people with safety and the occasional bounties found within the mountains: gold and rare jewels that have never been seen before in the world.

Games at the Lake
The night was dark and dreary with a seemingly never-ending rain pouring from the heavens. The rain had been pouring for days now, and all of the trees have lost their leaves as the cool Autumn air moved in. The city streets were pretty much bare as most people tried to stay out of the rain. The only people out were bar hoppers and partiers, which means when someone gets kidnapped in the middle of the street no one notices or seems to care.

Ultimate Halloween Bash
When I think of hosting the ultimate Halloween party, I instantly think about the music that should be played. Music can make or break a party, and this is very true for a Halloween party. The music is what helps set the mood as well as the way the location of the party looks. For example, if the party is in a graveyard, songs that are low in tone and spooky are perfect to set the mood.
