Why is there only darkness
Can no one set me free
Why is there no kindness
Can no one clear all this debris
Will I ever meet mister right
The one that will bring back the light
Everywhere I look
There is happiness
Just like I was stuck in a book
Surrounded by brightness
Here I am still in the dark
Waiting for the light to work
Where is mister right
He is the only one who can get this light to work
Why is it suddenly so bright
Why is the dark gone like someone pulled out the cork
Who is this bright knight
Who cleared away this dark night
