Words Carry Weight
“Your face is so pretty but” was a mantra echoing in my head. I remember the day these words were spoken over me. Standing in front of the bathroom door in the hallway of my grandparents house. The only house I had ever called home in those years. Spoken by the person that loved and nurtured me. The person who I called my rock in those formative years. Out of concern for my health and with good intentions, no doubt, but to the detriment of my young fragile self esteem. I swallowed those words in my mind. They sunk deep and my future life would evolve around them. I would struggle to accept my body and therefore see only its worthlessness.

Dr David Gerber: Inserting an IUD with the Least Pain Possible
The new generation of IUDs offer many benefits. Gone are the days where one size fits all, where a woman must bear the pain during the insertion and then contend with side effects in the short and long term. Understandably, many women may worry about having an IUD inserted when reading online about other women’s experiences, especially regarding how painful it can be.

If The Major Arcana were Reproductive Wellness Things
As you all know, I’m a big fan of the witchy and spooky – and when it comes to bringing that vibe into my work, I love the use of tarot and oracle to tune into the body’s needs and set intentions. Whether it’s placebo or not, there is definitely some value in asking ourselves internal questions and connecting with our energy. The beauty of tarot reading is how we come to interpret our cards over time, and build personal dialogue that helps us make decisions and self-soothe.

Gender envy and lust
I'm not envious. I would just be better at it though. I would be the best I could be if I was not me, but instead him. They yell and cheer each other on, from the sidelines. Their team scored and it is like the Superbowl, or what I imagine it would be for a team who made it to the Superbowl or the finals. But I'm a girl, and this is just a measly college flag football game. It's nothing special.

Health is wealth.
FIBROID (Fibromyomas) With the high rate of fibroid cases on our continent, one will begin to wonder what could be the causes of this. Young African ladies between 20 and 40 are seriously growing fibroid tumours. In the past it was not so. Why? In the past only mature ladies approaching menopause grow fibroid, but even in rare, uncommon cases; but today, reports review high rate of fibroid cases. It is prevalent in black women more than whites. Why? Even in United States of America and South Africa where Blacks are mingled with Whites, the records prove the same. Can this be true? But I see it as the question of diet.

Here are some of the reasons why women should practice good intimate hygiene.
Intimate hygiene is still considered taboo. However, self-care and grooming are really vital.Despite rising female literacy rates in rural and urban regions, poor hygiene behaviors during menstruation or otherwise remain among women of all ages. Such things are either spoken in hushed tones using analogies or are just avoided.
