Do You Hold On or Let Go?
"If you want something, let it go. If it returns, it was always yours. If it doesn't, it never was." When we cry, it's often from pain. Pain arises from caring, and caring from having feelings. To have feelings is simply to be human. So, if you have feelings, if you care deeply, if you've been hurt, and if you've shed tears, it means you are a complete person, in every sense of the word. When sadness strikes, be kind to yourself. You are only human; there's no need to demand invincibility from yourself.
